you can't beat the view and the serenity of the place. It is just like camping in the middle of the valley but with access to a nice room and delicious restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager is an approachable person and extremely helpful. I had the room with a Jacuzzi. The interior was simple and... More

The best part of this hotel is view. You can eat brunch with fog view in the mountain. I choose Villa 2 for 1 night, It located on the side of stream. You can access it from the room. The shower can be open air, If you need. I have dinner in the hotel that take a long time for... More

First off, Proud Puh Fah is in a beautiful little valley in Mae Rim, so atmosphere-wise it's hard to have any complaints. The rooms are each designed a little differently, and the jacuzzi rooms are a good size. Speaking of those, it's pretty great to sit out on your balcony in a jacuzzi--definitely one of the perks of PPF. Lastly,... More

We stayed in 2 mountain view rooms, which were priced higher than standard rooms. The hotel settings were luscious and pleasant. While the rooms were spacious, several shortfalls we experienced: - the curtain didn't block the light at all. So at 6am the rooms were lit up and as much as we liked to continue sleeping, we couldn't. - doors... More

Stayed there 2 times. First time was very impressed with their uniqueness of villa but for the second visit we found that some villa is too closed to the jungle. Need to be careful with all insects to get into the room. They provide bossa music CD and CD player to make the atmosphere even lore relax. It is quite... More

A nice designed hotel which is harmonious to nature. Each room has different decoration and different attraction. I stayed at the room where we could look up to little stars in the sky at night. It was wonderful. Check in and check out process were alright. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and comfy. I would... More

My wife and I came here to escape the heat and pollution of Chiang Mai, partly attracted by the Resort's own idiosyncratic website description of itself. It was a good decision! By the end of our fourth and last day we were wishing we'd arranged to stay longer. The resort is Thai owned and operated and they have their own... More

Great location with the view overlooking a beautiful hill. The hotel is surrounded by nature and if you stay in a villa, there's a small stream running by the balcony. The villa is separated into 2 parts the living room/bedroom and the bathroom. Our villa (No.7) is uniquely designed that divided into 2 levels with the bed on the top... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in January 2016 for a family wedding booking the whole hotel for 1 night. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and coped remarkably well with all the arrangements. Everything was handled well, from 30+ guests checking in at once to the organisation of the wedding itself which lasted all day. The staff went out... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Proud Phu Fah Hip & Green Resort stands on the land at 1150 meters above sea level on the charming mountain of Mae Rim - Samoeng Road. It is a place where you could experience the all-year-round coolness with the greenish surroundings and river flowing melodies. Rooms here are divided into 2 zones which are the Villa Zone (stream view) and Phu Zone (mountain view). The Villa Zone is a set of 9 compact size high-celling villas and another bigger villa with 2 bedrooms ideal for 4 guests. All villas are on the riverbank. The Phu Zone is a three-storey building. There are only 3 rooms on each floor plus with one room in a basement. The outstanding feature is its white tone color in contrast with the nature inspired furniture. A balcony offers you to take panoramic mountain view. Among the rooms in this zone, you can choose whether you prefer a jacuzzi or private swimming pool. The hotel does not expect you to stay all day all night at the hotel since there are also many other activities worth seeing around nearby such as the Mae Sa Elephant Farm, Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden, Mon Chaem and so on. ... more   less
