We have just returned from this beautiful residence and I don't normally write reviews on Trip Advisor but for this I had to! For a family it is absolutely perfect. We had our own wing with two rooms. Our room also had a balcony sala where we enjoyed family games and breakfast in the mornings. The staff are super friendly and assisted us with any request! An extra thank you to Louis who really went above and beyond. When you arrive you are taken around the Four Seasons site to orientate yourself. We enjoyed all the facilities. Both swimming pools are absolutely amazing and a sundowner cocktail from your sun lounger cannot be beaten. For a family we really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The layout of the accommodation gives you all space but we felt very safe and secure. The owner has also has some beautiful Asian art with stunning wooden pieces. We will be back!!

All of the positive reviews on how wonderful this place is are not an exaggeration. It is truly amazing. Beautiful rooms, thoughtful and personalized service, and an extraordinary setting with access to the amenities of the Four Seasons. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Located on the Four Seasons property in Mae Rim, 30 minutes outside of Chiang Mai, is a privately owned residence called Lana Thai Villa. Situated a bit away from Four Seasons Resort, it is located in lush peaceful surroundings. We were greeted by and taken care of during our stay by Mr. Nui, the residence manager. We could not have asked for better care and recommendations from him. Staying at Lana Thai Villa gave us full usage of the Four Seasons facilities. Breakfast was served out on the sala (balcony) every morning, followed by a swim in the Four Seasons pool, before all of the hotel guests descended upon it. Apartment is beautifully decorated and has every amenity one could need. Mr. Nui made arrangements for outings by car and driver. My only wish was that I could have brought him home with us! Such a great alternative with a personal touch to staying in a large resort. Found a wonderful restaurant (less expensive that Four Seasons restaurants) right up the street called Terra. Went there 4 nights in a row. Our only regret was that we didn't have more days booked here.

One of thé loveliest places I ever stayed at. The smooth combination of the warm and personal touches of Lana Thai Villa, in the majestic surroundings of the Four Seasons resort made this trip unforgettable. At arrival we were welcomed by Mr. Nui, the house concierge who showed us around after a refreshing welcome drink. He always was there to give us tips and advise on activities and restaurants. We were upgraded to a very nice room with balcony where breakfast was served each morning. Next time we try to stay a bit longer in paradise, a truly hidden gem in the Chiang Mai area!

We stayed in Balinese suite. A suite with tasteful decoration. Lana villa is located away but not far from the busy life of Chiang Mai. Lana Vila can benefit of all facilities from the fantastic Four seasons hotel. A tasteful breakfast is served on a big terrasse facing the four seasons park. Quite few attractions like elephant camps, ethnic village are within thirty minutes drive The personnel here is helping you to rent a car and suggest various places around to have dinner or drink At the end a perfect place to enjoy the surroundings, or just relax in the four seasons My wife and me will certainly come back here in the next future

This is a great place to stay benefitting from the facilities of the Four Seasons but better value and with more personal service. We were met by Mr Nui who was at hand to ensure that all of our questions were answered and to provide our simple but delicious breakfast. There are restaurants in addition to the Four Seasons in walking distance. The temple in Mae Rim is spectacular and should not be missed.

I had the chance to stay at the Lanna Thai Villa for a couple of days and felt tested as I was a VIP. The room first, spacious, very nicely furnished, amazing bathroom Italian shower, separated toilet and the balcony is just incredibly cosy and comfortable with sofas and cushions to enjoy the nice and warm summer nights and breakfast in the morning. All of it, in the best tranquility I ever had the chance to had. nature, birds and silence what else to wind down ? And I would like to mention Khun who has been very dedicated to make us feel at home with the best experience, good advices, beautiful and tasteful breakfast with a very warm welcome. Not to mention the breathtaking environment (the Four Seasons) which is the cherry on top of the cake with large swimming pool, pool and bar. For sure one of the best experience I ever had. Thank you so much. I highly recommend the Lanna Thai Villa

I have visited Lana Thai Villa in this March(2019) with my families including our kids, my parents in law (total 6 persons), expecting they would have nice time in Thailand/Chiangmai. As a result, that was wonderful and great space and time. Everything was beyond our expectations! The surprise began from the entrances(the car entrance was different with that of four seasons. It located near side of the hotel). When the main gates opened, the abundant plants and sounds of birds welcomed us at the entrance of the village. Both downstairs and upstairs (in the entrance of the villa), the statues of elephants and arranged flowers (Ikebana) gave us warm greetings. The flowers had a taste of Thailand, China and even Japan (I was really impressed!!). Regarding the stay and the atmosphere of the inside of the house, I had the same feelings with others. It was perfect and we enjoyed. There were almost no one in residence pool when we visited there. My kids prefers much more than the hotel’s pool, and they swam everyday by themselves. They said it was the best pool ever! Nui-san's support was absolute essential part of the stay. He kindly gave us several instructions/advices for enjoying around MaeRim/Chiangmai. Without his help, we would have missed to visit many good places, restaurants and experiences. After coming back to ordinal life, looking back the memory of the Chiangmai, we are strongly wishing to come back in the near future. Thank you, Lana Thai Villa, Thank you Henry-san providing us the wonderful opportunities.

Loved at first sight with Lana Thai Villa 10 years ago, we came back here for the third time & we are already planning to go back again for the forth time next year! Uniquely furnished suite with the lovely sala facing the beautiful tropical lush & rice field, Lana Thai Villa is the one and only place that we will stay whenever we visit Chiang Mai. While staying at this unique private residence, we could always enjoy the hotel amenities as well. We went to the kids club almost everyday. Activities are different everyday so the kids will never get bored. There's a main pool and spa but we just don't have enough time to enjoy for we love to stay in the Sala in the afternoon with a chilled beer! (snacks & beverage are very reasonably charged in the Villa!!) Last but not the least, The property manager, Khun Nui had made our stay a 6 stars one. He's always there whenever we need him. From planning where to go to what to eat, from arranging the pickup to playing with my kids, he's the one who made our stays a hassle free one!

I will definitely remember my stay at Lana Thai Villa during the Songkran Festival. In the middle of Four Seasons Park, you feel cut off from the rest of the world. Surrounded by nature, while at the same time being next to the city center and mountain activities. I had a great experience thanks to transportation facilities and hospitality services: Breakfast "a la carte", Swimming Pool, Outdoor Jacuzzi, Spa and fine dining Restaurants. A wonderfull place to relax and admire a great variety of tropical flowers, plants and old trees.
