We arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve. On arrival we were expecting a welcome drink but was not to worried even though they were not served at the lobby/ reception area. We were taken for a check in straight to our family villa. The welcome drinks and sweets where there to welcome us. We were taken aback slightly with the way the villa was assigned to us. Management definitely took care of us and appointed us new rooms. We were very happy with the newly appointed rooms overlooking the rice paddies. We just felt the minibar should have been well stocked. The next morning we were treated to a delightful breakfast. Most of the staff took very good care of us. After breakfast we swam at the beautiful pool overlooking the plantation and Doi Suthep mountain ranges. My kids were able to ride their cycles around the resort. We also treated ourselves to a nice spa which was awesome. Overall we were delighted with our stay. We just felt that the property is getting a little tired now. For the prices they charge, 1000 plus dollars a night, we’ll have to find a special occasion to visit again.

Beautiful property. But very disappointed of how we were treated from the management team and general manager. We are big four seasons members but this location is definitely not a four seasons standard. Our group left the hotel unhappy and sad with the attitude we’ve received from some the of mangers.

Hard to find anything negative to say about the resort, beautiful grounds with lobby and restaurants over looking the rice paddies and mountains. Was upgraded to the Upper Rice Pavilion overlooking the paddy fields, beautifully furnished with the super comfortable beds and large bathroom with dressing area. Due to COVID only one restaurant was open which served breakfast/lunch/dinner. Although breakfast was a la carte, had a nice selection to choose and was all you can eat. Would recommend having breakfast served in pavilion if possible, as menu is the same and more private. Did have dinner and it was nice although menu is limited. Everyone we encountered were extremely helpful and addressed us by name. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the resort to city but was not operating due to COVID so would recommend renting a car if possible. Overall would recommend to stay at least once.
