From the moment we arrived EVERYTHING was wonderful! The staff, grounds, amenities etc. It was there and if not they would locate it! Our daughter LOVED the kids club, my husband the tennis lessons and we all did the buffalo bath. A great family experience and truly relaxing!

Four Seasons Chiang Mai is a perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai. It is close to many interesting sites, the rooms are spectacular, the pool is gorgeous, the food exceptional with extensive breakfast buffet and the staff could not be more accommodating. We missed the time for the nature tour and they arranged a private bicycle tour of the...

As with most FS properties, this one was stunning w/ impeccable service. The pool villas are a must, the room has a beautiful lounge to enjoy room service, and the washroom is palatial in size and decoration - you can even shower outdoors if you like. The food is so incredibly tasty, we probably gained 10lbs indulging in delicious curries....

The Four Seasons Chiang Mai pays exceptional attention to detail starting with the landscape, the architecture of the rooms and pool area, the bar, restaurants, terrace, lobby, bathroom amenities and service. We checked in after having to leave southern Thailand early because of rain and they couldn't have been more thoughtful in fitting the room with extras to keep our...

This resort really shows off the beauty of the region. Located outside of the city and far from the noise and hustle of hawkers and traffic, the grounds of the Four Seasons include lagoons, rice paddies (that appear to be productive) water wheels, Koh ponds and multiple swimming pools. It's really a beautiful setting. The rooms are well appointed and...

Everything in this hotel is simply perfect! Italian restaurant is worth a visit (yummy food, great wine and extraordinary friendly staff) Furthermore I recommend to book the complimentary garden tour - the lady who showed us around knows everything about the social and political Thailand, about flora and fauna. Great!

We've stayed here on 3 occasions over the past 20 years & our recent visit was just as wonderful as the first. The resort is basically a spacious "U" shape which surrounds thematic Thai restaurants, pools and a dozen, or more, functioning terraced rice paddies & giant lake with 3 Thai centric wooden structures. Real Thai farmers work the rice...

This was our first trip to Chiang Mai. We stayed for two nights. Firstly the Four Seasons is not a bad resort - it is very nice. I believe it is one of the few higher end resorts in Chiang Mai. However on an overall basis I am surprised with the rating given to this resort on TripAdvisor given the...
