It is a lovely little hotel with some amazing food choices but it is understaffed. Rooms are very clean and have very nice view. The location is also very good as it is close to many attractions in Mae Rim. If you are looking for a day or two get away place it is a good choice. But if you...

Had breakfast here, which was well prepared with a good choice on the menu. The food was hot, served well and promptly, and was of a reasonable price. I would recommend this location for good value meals.

I found this to be a great value all around! Nice rooms, pool, and good food! What more do you need! It was off season and it was really quiet. I'm sure it would be better if there was water in the lagoon but it has been under drought conditions.Still a very charming experience.

I spent just one night at the Mae Rim Lagoon hotel as I was attending a function at another nearby hotel. The Lagoon Hotel is an older place, but very well maintained and very quiet. There is a nice little outdoor swimming pool, extensive grounds and helpful staff. The lagoon, however, has become dry because of changes in weather patterns....

The Mae Rim Lagoon is a quiet hotel with lovely gardens. It is peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful, with freshly baked cookies each day. The free bikes were nice for rising to local attractions.

This is an old fashion hotel with a restaurant serving great local cuisine. It also has a nice cafe attached to the hotel. There is good view of the mountains around and basically a relaxing, quiet place which we thought would be nice for group retreat too.

We had some really good food here and at BaaBaa Cafe which is attached to the hotel. You can Smell them baking fresh cookies in the day and all the food was really well presented and tasted great. The hotel has a lot of character, with seats and tables to relax in, a few toys for the kids and an...

A great little spot tucked away, with the hills in the distant view. Very close to the four seasons resort which is perfect for a little treat to pure divine luxury in the glorious city of rice fields and hillsides. Must sit and chill at the BaBaCafe which has an exquisite menu...and vocal jazz music to accompany it. A very...

I brought the whole family (wife and three kids aged 9,9, and 13) here for their famous "Holiday on Boots" week long retreat, and had a blast. Best way to describe this experience is--fitness at your pace, with cultural activities and authentic Thai food. Staff service is friendly, most helpful, and professional. WiFi works great just about everywhere in the...

Travelling with three teenage boys and one small girl, I was a bit skeptic once we pulled in to the Mae Rim Lagoon. But soon everyone felt right at home. Beautiful suites - traditionally and classically decorated - with everything we could wish for. You feel in a farm, somewhere distant, completely disconnected from the fast pace of today's society,...

“I guess 220, 221, 320, 321 for a moutain view/ 201 - 208 for the pool view/ 212, 213, 312, 313 for lagoon view, and other might be garden view. I'd suggest to stay on 2nd floor as all the views are not much different.”

“The second floor is easier to get up and down. We like the view of lagoon not the pool as it is looks a little run down. We looked at three rooms on the second floor and they all very much the same size/layout.”
