Pam & Sandy are lovely hosts and their farmhouse is the perfect place for a quiet relaxing stay just a few miles from the beautiful city of Wells. Our room was spacious with a view of the beautiful surroundings, good traditional English breakfast and above all the kindness of Pam and Sandy who will make sure you have a fantastic... More

If you fancy peace and quiet in a proper farmhouse this is the place to stay. You'll find Pam and Sandy are great hosts, the breakfasts second to none and nothing is to much trouble. They'll tell you where to visit, where to eat and even where to get you car repaired! We stayed for five nights while visiting relatives... More

This lovely little farmhouse was a gem of a find, just outside Wells. We had 2 nights here. Very welcoming and a wonderful breakfast. Cosy room overlooking farmland, catered for all our needs. Ideally situated for trips Into Wells, Cheddar and surrounding villages.

We spent three nights at this isolated farmhouse. the owners were very welcoming and the breakfasts were excellent. Not being in the first flush of youth, we found the bed a trifle firm for our arthritic bones! Also the stairs are rather steep. It was very peaceful and clean. It is located down a very narrow lane with passing places... More

Just come home from a two night stay at Crapnell Farm B&B I would highly recommend staying here. Was very welcoming and the couple who own this place couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly had a beautiful view and scenery around in a lovely quiet town thank you again for our stay.

Our expectations were a farmhouse bed and breakfast and this is exactly what it is. Not easy to find (you really need a Navi for this one) extremely quite, friendly and homely. The farmhouse and gardens are very "farmhouse like" - but the building's grey plaster makes it look a little drab. The rooms are a little dated in terms... More

I stayed here for two weeks while working at New Wine. Pam and Sandy are wonderful hosts; aside from cooking up really fantastic breakfasts (the eggs, from their own hens, are a particular highlight), it was the little details which really made the difference, from phoning the local pub to book a table for me, to keeping me supplied with... We specifically wanted somewhere without a signal and almost succeeded - nothing on EE but a little on O2! That aside, the owners are a lovely couple who cook and serve a mean breakfast - worth the trip just for the bacon alone! Lovely clean room.

I stayed here for just 2 nights but wished I'd stayed longer. Pam and her husband (sorry can't remember his name) were extremely welcoming and informative and hubby does a great breakfast. Room was great, clean room and en suite with lovely fluffy towels. Walk in shower was a bonus as my mum cannot now manage a shower over a... More

Lovely farmhouse and great hosts. Made to feel very welcome. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and very filling, with a choice of cooked breakfast, yoghurts and cereals. Perfect place to stay for trips into either Wells or Bath.
