We spent two nights at Mas de Garrigue in September and enjoyed every minute. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a king size bed and a view overlooking the pool and Calvignac in the distance. The bathroom with both a tub and walk-in shower was spectacular! Sarah and Steve couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. He even came...

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Mas de Garrigue. The buildings have real charm and have been thoughtfully restored by Steve and Sarah. It would be difficult to imagine more idyllic surroundings. Our room was in a restored barn, and having stayed in may bed and breakfasts all over the world, this was undoubtedly one of our favourites bedrooms...

We hated to leave! Highly recommended! Sarah and Steve are wonderful hosts. Mas de Garrigue is a labor of love - beautiful, comfortable, relaxing - in a delightful part of the world. The location is convenient for exploring the Lot Valley. In addition to Sarah's delicious dinners, we enjoyed an excellent dinner at Jeu de Quilles in neighboring Cajarc.

We were tempted to write a poor review to stop people coming , so those "in the know" kept it to themselves- but clearly that's not possible judging by the other reviews! Thank you Steve and Sarah who helped us hire bikes and make dinner reservations, amongst many other things. We were made to feel so welcome, we met some...

Period. We've stayed in hundreds of B&B's over the years...yes hundreds. Friends have suggested I write a guide. This B&B has a special magic rarely experienced. It takes many things to make a B&B great but Mas de Garrigue has them all. It is a beautiful architecturally interesting home with historical significance and it sits on a gorgeous piece of...

Sarah and Steve were fantastic host! Butterfly and Louis were also great. (Butterfly the horse and Louis the donkey). All meals were fantastic and really showed off Sarah's French culinary training and Steve's server skills were second to none. Their knowledge of the area was fantastic which was so helpful for our photographic endeavors.

If you get the chance to stay at the Mas de Garrigue near the town of Calvignac in the Lot River valley jump and run to take the chance! This is paradise, there is no other word. The location, old towns and castles, and surrounding scenery are world-class, but not so well known as to be spoiled. The Mas de...

Bed and breakfast is not the right description for this wonderful place. It is indescribable how beautiful it is. The views are breath taking, the building itself is beyond charming, the rooms are fabulous, and the hosts are amazing. Sara is a fabulous cook - our best meals were the ones that she cooked and we ate in some fabulous...

What a stunning building this is! As you drive up the quiet country lane the old windmill dominates the surrounding countryside. I thought the huge stone structure was smiling at us but I'm told some find it a little severe. However you feel about it, the welcome you'll get from Steve and Sarah will be nothing short of warm and...

A very warm welcome by Sarah and Steve. Our room was in the converted barn by the pool. The bedroom and the bathroom were both large and very chic, limestone flooring and attractive decor etc. The bed was very comfortable and large, the shower was superb. Lovely friendly breakfast at a large table in the main house. The pool was...
