Isla Hayahay is the perfect alternative to staying in the overpopulated, moderately chaotic areas of Panglao or Alona. The bay is right at the doorstep of the resort and while there is not a true beach, there is a small sandy area and the waters are great for wading, kayaking and if you go further out, for swimming and some...

We came here from a resort on Alona beach just for a change of pace. Nice property with excellent management, great location. Neither small nor fancy but friendly and clean and well run. Rooms are spacious and clean.

A nice and friendly resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged driver and car for us for a countryside tour which included a visit to the Tarsier sanctuary,Chocolate Hill and a boat trip with lunch at Loboc River. The prices of their activities is very reasonable and they took good care of us.

Really lovely cottages and really lovely staff. We booked the smaller snorkelling trip round the island but tbh we only went to 1 stop and you can rent a canoe and row there yourself for a bit cheaper. Food and drink is a little over priced but there is nowhere else to go All in all it's really lovely. Right...

This is my second stay here, my first was back in January 2012. Things look the same but owners have changed 2 times since then. The resort is a nice place to get away from any crowds and traffic noise. Food is good with a nice international selection. It's limited, but not bad. Especially considering the small size of the...

DONT STAY HERE!!! Unless you want a quiet, peaceful, charming little resort. Me and my fiancee stayed here after new years for 4 nights and fell inlove with this place. The staff was amazing, they went out of there way to accommodate us in every possible way. The food was really good and if it wasn't on the menu they...

We spent three nights here and had a really lovely time. The staff and management were so welcoming and warm. At first I was a little worried because I didnt realize how remote this place really was, and whether we would find enough things to keep the kids occupied. I didn't need to worry. My biggest concern was the noise...

The place is a bit out of the way but worth it for the peace and quiet as well as the uncommercialized sea side. The hotel picked us up from Tubigon Port and took us on a tour of the island despite our late arrival of 1:30pm. We got to have lunch at the Loboc River Cruise, saw tarsiers, butterflies...

I needed a quiet place to relax and recover from 8 strenuous days in north Luzon. This place was perfect. It is quiet, has amazing and friendly staff, great rooms, excellent pool and a good restaurant. The includes breakfast is also excellent. Why 4 stars and not 5? The beach is in a bay and the water is difficult to...
