Isla Hayahay was a true gem to find and we had a wonderful time there. We opted for Option C- a three day stay full board with day one a Country tour, day two island hopping and day three a snorkelling trip. Of these, the countryside tour was certainly the best day. Jun Jun was our friendly guide and private... More

Isla Hayahay is located on a small island which is accessible by road (amazing) from Bohol main island. It's quiet. The staff are very nice and efficient. The swimming pool is a big plus. Food is diverse and awesome (one must try the sea food platter). We will come again for sure.

- Fly directly to Bohol if you can! will save a LOT of hassle - very quiet and secluded residence (nothing near by, which was ok for us!); right by the waters (no beach); great for snorkeling & kayaking too; great new pool; friendly staff, fresh, made-to-order, tasty meals; also has vegetarian (indian) options; - go across the road for... I had wanted to find a small place to stay well away from the noise and crowds of the large resorts and enjoy the province. This little gem was perfect in that regard. Pangangan Island is as quaint and peaceful as you might expect of a small provincial island. I walked around the streets just beyond the hotel grounds and... More

Firstly the negatives. The food is only ok, a bit hit and miss really. Some really tasty dishes but others only average. It's also a little more expensive than the rest of Bohol, (although the availability of free tea, coffee and drinking water kind of offsets this). Second, the aircon blows directly down on the bed - best to do... More

Stayed here with my wife for a couple of weeks.....totally relaxing. ...The place is clean and tidy. ..its out of the way so don't come here for nightlife and parties. .If you want to chill it's ideal....popping into town every now and then......The staff were absolutely brill....helpful, attentive and honest.....on the downside.the pool could be kept a little cleaner and... It was fun having you guys here you were a pleasure to deal with. In relation to the pool it is cleaned and chemically adjusted daily but if windy unfortunately leaves etc may get missed during the day. The products available here are limited compared to the west and we do our absolute best within those constraints but rest assured... More

We had a wonderful stay just before Holy Week at Isla hayahay. From the minute we arrived at Cebu airport we were picked up by their transfer to the port and were helped to buy tickets for the tubigon ferry. We would have never found the ticket office. The tubigon ferry isn't fantastic so def get business class as it... More

WOW, my wife and I just extended 2 days because it's so relaxing. Here 5 days now. In short, resort is a bit away from it all ok but that's what we wanted, escape the every day life. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were simply the best. Meals were just so good of what was on menu you didn't... More

Great place to enjoy the sun, do snorkeling or kayaking, swimming in the big pool. The food was the best among hotel restaurants we tried during our stay in Philippines. The only minus is no beach, so you can take kayak and find something elsewhere or enjoy great food and drinks for a whole day (that's what we did).
