My husband and I stayed in Apt 201 for 7 weeks in Feb/Mar 17. We chose C.Cove as it was advertised as "luxury apartments" and "the ultimate accommodation experience". It does in fact fall well short of this misleading claim. The website goes on to describe it as a "truly stylish home-away-from-home with elegant, contemporary design and superior fittings". When...

This review comes as no surprise to the Management Team at Cutterscove Resort. The alarm bells should have rung for us 8 months prior to the arrival of these guests due to the number of demanding and abrupt emails we received prior to their arrival and nothing changed upon their stay! We own the management rights to Cutterscove and are...

Recommended this site for our short break touring the Bay of Plenty and we were not disappointed in any way shape or form. It is a beautiful complex with magnificent standards of accomodation and general resort facilities. Combine this with the location and you have a wonderful marketing package. Location to the main commercial precinct is only a very short...

Cannot speak highly enough of Cutters Cove, we stayed on and off for 4 weeks there, we had several different apartments during our stay and just loved it. Having a pool to use and the spa pool was great, and it was just across the road from the beach. Can't wait for our nest stay here.

We arrived after a long flight from the UK only to have a list of rules and regulations thrust at us. It wasn't quite the welcome we were hoping for. That said the apartment itself was lovely apart from the windows which were dirty, but these were cleaned after we requested it. Although the apartments were not serviced, it would...

Stayed here based on previous favourable experience. Booking process easy, though you can't book on the website and have to email through your request. Management excellent to deal with on all levels. Booked a two bedroom apartment; last time was a couple of years back in April at $200 a night so bit surprised at the rate of $350 but...

Just back from our third stay at Cutters Cove. I was slightly wary of staying at a $400 a night resort again after our last experience in Wanaka (see my “Tatty, Tired and Way Overpriced” review), I was concerned that maybe our expectations have been getting too high! No need to panic, this resort was as fabulous as we remembered...

My parents stayed here and they loved it. The service was great and the room fantastic. Clean, tidy and comfortable. They will be booking here again and I look forward to more lunches and dinners on the balcony with them! :)

I booked this apartment complex because it was labour weekend (I didn't know prior to arranging my flights to NZ) and there wasn't much else to choose from to the level I expect and in an area that was close to where I had to visit. Check-in was okay but could have been faster. I had to fill out a...

We have just stayed at cutters cove for two nights. I was part of a large group traveling to the mt to play football. We were treated treated really really poorly. We made legitimate requests for things like attending to power outtages and to purchase sky pay per view programs and were yelled and screamed at and accused of being...
