Amazing services by the staff, they are all very kind and want to help you and that you feel good I recommend. The building is a little bit old and no elevators to the room but the staff and the restaurant make it worth it. I stayed with my wife and 3 kids.
Ante and the team are kind, attentive and offer a good level of service in Hotel Martini. From the very start - my vehicle was put into special gated parking so I felt it was safe over night. Then my room was clean, well stocked with good furniture, comfy bed, and the very important quiet that was required. Then came the pinnacle of my experience; after leaving to drive East through Serbia and Bulgaria I managed to forget my oh so important iPad! Ante went to great efforts to contact me (through the PCR hospital he booked for me the day before)! Then, after I booked DHL, again he went to great lengths to get the collection happening, organising paperwork etc. Aside from the awesome help with the iPad I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in Zagreb. A really calm and relaxing place. Fully recommend 100%. Great people too! Nicholas Mark…
Our room was large and modern on the back away from the road. Very quiet. The guy working the desk was very friendly and helpful. Great, spotless bathroom and the AC was quiet and very effective. Outlets were hard to find after the remodel so the lamps by the bed couldn't be plugged in. Opps.
I didn't have very high expectations going in. I chose this hotel because it wasn't very expensive. However, I was very happy. Their service was great and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel has a cafe/bar/restaurant so if you're looking for food, you don't have to go far. One thing to be aware of is that it's a little ways from downtown Zagreb. A taxi wasn't expensive compared to the US or other more urbanized areas, but there's also a bus stop very close by that will take you to the trams.
We found our way to hotel Martini in very dense fog and was pleasantly surprised on arrival, Darko on reception and our waiter for the evening was very helpful and friendly. We had a big family room which was excellent for the four of us. We were very tired after a day at a local aquapark but Darko sorted our evening meal and was very nice to our grumpy children, thank you Darko. Breakfast was excellent and checkout was a painless affair. Definitely recommend.
The hotel has been renovated lately in a very tasty fashion. It is modern, comfortable and clean. Right next to the road, close to the motorway, not noisy though. The staff was very helpful and nice. Air-conditioning, monitored carpark available. English breakfast. Free wifi, no problems with the connection.
