Lots of steps to our quaint room . It was a lovely romantic setting for celebrating my birthday. Loved walking on the park like grounds and seeing the idyllic abode. Breakfast was good offering meats, Cheese, yogurt and yummy croissants with juices, tea and coffee all restocked at regular intervals. We also explored the nearby towns and overall enjoyed ourselves

We have just returned from an overnight stay at Hotel Landgoed Oldruitenborgh, and I can't wait to go back and stay in this hotel for longer and explore the area more. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather, but even so, this hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet with a olde world gentility about it. The service from...

Landgoed Oldruitenborgh is a very nice hotel on an estate in Vollenhove. Vollenhove is a quiet little place in Overijssel, with Giethoorn and Blokzijl on approx. 10 km distance. It is a perfect place to relax and rest. It's restaurant is good, the staff is very friendly. The rooms have no numbers, but names and are decorated with antique.

Very beautiful setting in large estate, nicely maintained, very friendly service, nice location close to beautiful countryside and pitoresque. Lovend to cycle around, enough the nearby park and ruïnes.

The service was very good! I liked the room but the the ceiling height was approx. 2m only. The hotel is located in a nice and well-tented parkway. The environment is quiet. Vollenhove is a small, introspective town with nice harbor.

Small hotel with only 20 rooms but a magnificent old manor house some 400 years old but completely modernised. We were there for two nights recently on a business trip and the facilities were great with the staff more than helpful to our every request. We ate in the restaurant on one evening with a special set menu for our...

Was on way to Holland for business. Had hotel booked for second night, but had unexpected meeting in Vollenhove, so google'd it from Heathrow. Called and spoke to lovely girl at reception, who said they had rooms. Showed up and she had me booked in, never asked for a credit card. Ate in the restaurant that evening and food was...

Lovely hotel. Good restaurant. Breakfast could improve, choice is limited. Rooms are nice. We had a room on the front which has a view on the park. The hotel still has the old grandeur. We enjoyed our stay and especially the diner in the restaurant.

Very beautiful estate, centuries old, with nice and clean room, tastefully decorated. Good breakfast and overall very kind personnel. Some back-draws though: 1) We stayed in a'Coach-house' room, where the beds were extremely soft, we did not sleep the first night at all. We asked for change of mattresses but the only thing the receptionist could do was stare at...
