We spent Christmas at Barefoot Cay Marina aboard our sailboat. As marinas go in this part of the Caribbean, it’s more expensive then most but worth it. The Marina is located right by the pool deck with one of the best bar/restaurants on the island. As guests of the Marina we had access to all of the amenities of the resort. Thank you for a great week Barefoot Cay. We look forward to returning on a future trip.

Located in Brick Bay with dive shop on property, super convenient just walk down and get on a boat if you want to dive or just hangout. It’s a beautiful property with plenty of places to relax and chill. Restaurant on site, Silversides, one of the best. Life hack- can also be delivered to your room. This place is over the top! Never have I experienced this level of care from staff of hotel or dive shop. They meet your every need, even if you didn’t know you had the need. Must stay here and dive!

We really enjoyed our second stay at this resort. The first time we were here we stayed in a room over the dive shop. This time we stayed in a bungalow at the beach. Definitely a nice improvement. Many of the bungalows have plunge pools and decks. although ours didn't. Great views from our bedroom window. Great snorkeling right off the pavilion at the end of the dock. Saw a spotted eagle ray and barracuda on every snorkel there. Also a great dive shop.

Room Tip: The bungalows are far superior to the rooms above the dive shop.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous. We could not have been more pleased. They made arrangements for everything, diving, activities on the island etc. All at reasonable prices and at times heavily discounted. The food at the restaurant is amazing. Book the meal package if you know what's good for you. I don't think I've ever had food that had such a great price to value ratio. All your meals settled at the best, most luxurious gourmet restaurant on the island, which if you've got the package will make the best grill cheese (or any simple dish) too. You can go fancy, you can go plain, quality is absolutely fantastic. The barman Mike deserves special mention, he was absolutely professional, yet friendly, like someone you've known for years. We had to rush out and I didn't get a chance to say a proper goodbye to him, which is unfortunate. Such a great barman! The rooms are amazing, go for sea front on the cay, get the bungalows, you won't regret spending the extra money. I should be so lucky to be able to vacation there again. The dive package was also of fantastic value, I'm so glad we booked it. I usually am prone to more do things on the fly, but I booked everything with the hotel before our visit and I could NOT have been happier. Both Dani our divemaster and the captain were such pros and such great guys at the same time. Nothing to fault. I loved Barefoot. They were great, they were generous, giving us an upgrade etc. Do yourself a favor and book it now! Can't wait to go back, hopefully sooner than later.

We went into the trip with high expectations and Barefoot Cay blew us away. From Guest Services to the food to the dive shop, we cannot say enough good things about our overall experience. Before we even arrived, Melissa was prompt and helpful answering all manner of questions as we planned our trip. Upon arrival, Pamela was there to greet us and the two of them were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. With their help, we were able to arrange two spontaneous day trips and on-site PCR testing, easy. The chief goal of our trip was for our 12 and 14 YO boys finish their PADI Jr Open Water Certifications. They came with referrals from a local dive shop, and Danny picked right up where they left off. He is an excellent instructor. The kids felt safe, well-informed and had fun during their four certification dives. He gave my husband and I a refresher, and our family then made three dives with Ron, who was fantastic. Boat captains Justin and Kevin were awesome, too. It's a small shop so we all got to know each other. felt we were in good hands and were rewarded with some really excellent reef and wall diving (eels, squid, lobsters, lion fish, barracuda, etc.) The food was a true highlight. We aren't necessarily big foodies and would've chosen Barefoot Cay regardless, but the culinary experience lived up to the hype and then some. Brittany is an amazing chef and her service team is top notch (we miss you, Mike!) We ate every meal at the restaurant; our kids were determined to try everything at least once -- even things outside their comfort zone -- because the food was that good. They also loved getting to know Brittany's "dog squad," especially the puppy they wanted to sneak home in our luggage. The resort itself is small and feels removed from the hustle and bustle. We loved how quiet it was. Melissa and Pamela kept apologizing for construction underway on parts of the property, but we never noticed it and, on the contrary, are glad to see the resort building out and adding improvements under new ownership because we want to see them succeed. We are already planning a return trip. Clearly, we highly recommend Barefoot Cay. Exceptional.
