Great hotel very comfy bedrooms, clean, wide variety of buffet food and beverages and bar lounge.Have a souvenir store wide variety to choose from and reasonable price. They have a nice pool too.Great view of the Sea of Galilee from our balcony.
First, this is not a kosher hotel. Buffet was lack luster with same items everyday. The shashuka was always cold, which became a joke with our group. The staff needs to be better trained in customer service, as the bartender was quick to tell us what they didn't have and how bad the stuff was that they did have. Finally, the the hotel spent a lot of money on cheap, rough towels with their name on them. Spend the money on soft towels and put RFID chips in them and a alarm at the front door if you really think they will walk away. On the plus side, the singer at night by the bar was a nice touch. Too bad it was only for one night.
The Sea of Galilee Hotel is a fairly new facility - over a year old - and owners should be given kudos for their concept. Great comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent food. Location, location: on the shores of the Kineret it boasts great view, a beautiful swimming pool and also I must praise the musical selection. The playlist is superb! Nice souvenir shop and an incredible view of the Mount Arbel from the restaurant! A definite must!
This hotel is very close to the new Migdala excavation. It has a big lobby to hang out in. I loved the piano player there! The food was OK, but not great. Kudos to Khalid, who ran the dining room, he was on top of serving our group.
Recently opened hotel with beautiful views of the Sea of Galilee and Tiberius. Beautifully groomed grounds and spacious pool. Great staff from check-in to dining and all other services. Bit of a distance from shopping and scenic areas but that’s what makes it a relaxing place to stay.
