We are regulars at the tearoom but had friends visiting from Wales and decided to have a pre Xmas treat, we not only had an amazing tea, great value we thought but also had as usual a very friendly welcome and even a Xmas gift each. We regularly book afternoon teas and my husband has even been to The Ritz... More

Thanks to Debbie, Terry and the team for being so welcoming and really looking after my wife who has to mainly use a wheelchair. Great accessible room, plenty of space, lovely views, great cake on arrival and lovely breakfasts. Will be back in warmer climes to sit by the river.

We had an amazing time here. My sister and I brought my little boy to visit longleat and cheddar and stayed at the b&b for two nights. Very friendly and welcoming family run business. Lovely to have a separate room to the house that you can come and go as you please and not be worried about disturbing over residents.... More

Thank you to Debbie and family for a lovely stay. The room was large and spacious. With no request a problem. We arrived quite late, but were kindly given some cake to keep us going until morning. Breakfast was lovely with a selection of cereal, fresh fruit and juices, then a large selection of hot food. We would definitely stay... More

I stayed last week in Swallow Barn with my daughter and her three young children. The accommodation had 3 en suite bedrooms and spacious, clean kitchen along with a dining room and lounge. The outside space was filled with things for the children to ride on safely in their lovely garden space. And Debbie had three children for the children... More

we spent one night at this country b&b and love it .located on a small stream with beautiful countryside view. the farm buildings were over 300 years old. The hostess was very accomodating and the breakfast was home cooked and very good. if you are looking for a country setting we would highly recommend this b&b.

Very welcoming country B&B. Clean, well furnished and accessible to disabled travellers. Lovely view from rooms. Our suite had a balcony where we could sit out and watch the stream below and the numerous fish and bullocks ambling in the fielding the other side. Breakfast was great: a wide choice served in a timely manner, well cooked hot choices. This... More
