The condo building is very accessible to Venetian mall. The mall itself has so many restaurants that offer different cuisine, other personal services are inside the mall itself- it is a one stop shop, a dream place to live.

We stayed at the Luxe in Venice from July 1st through the 6th. The Luxe is very difficult to locate if you are having a Grab driver take you to the destination. We got to the point where we would just have our drivers drop us off at the entrance to the mall for convenience. Upon checking in, we were given a different room in a different building due to a name mix up, as the air conditioning unit was down in our originally scheduled unit. The elevators in our initial building were slow, especially when waiting for an elevator on the way down from the 22nd floor. One time, the wait was so long that some of us decided to walk all the way down, only to have some of the lights completed off in the stairwells, with all of the doors to the lobby exits closed! We were lucky that someone heard us knocking to let us out of the stairwell. The hallways of the buildings were warm and had the heavy scent of cigarette smoke. Our room had all the basic amenities, including a full kitchen. Our initial room had a view of an adjacent building. The next day, we were moved to our initially assigned room, which was located in a separate building on the 16th floor. I must say, there was less traffic in this building, with the elevators operating smoother than our initial building. Room amenities were the same, however, we had a better view: one of the Grand Canal. The location of the Luxe is conveniently located right by the Grand Canal Mall. Since the Luxe is a 'residence" style accommodation, there is no turn-down service, which was okay with our family, since we were out the majority of the day. Overall, we had an average experience during our stay at the Luxe. This property is appropriate for visitors wishing to be in close proximity to the Grand Venice Canal Mall. Factors that can improve the property: 1) Having better signage of the buildings to give the guests better guidance when arriving to the property. 2) Improve the maintenance of elevators and ensure that stairwells to the lobby can be exited by the guests (if security is an issue, the guests should be issued a key to exit in the event of an emergency). 3) Better ventilation in the hallways for the cigarette smoke

So I booked a room via RedDoorz, and we had a bit of a hard time locating the entrance to their lobby. When we were finally in the room, everything was okay. The TV had NetFlix, the room was airy with a nice view of the Venice Grand Canal. They have blender, microwave, fridge, a stove, and a water heater in the room. Basically, it would have been a perfect stay. By 7 PM, as we were getting ready to go down to the mall for dinner, the fire alarm sounded. I had experienced being in a burning building so that kind of traumatized me. I'll write more in my blog where I can be more descriptive. Bottomline, when we got to the lobby, there was a Korean familly (with an infant, my GOd!) who apparently also had to rush down all the way from the 10th floor, and none of us received a decent apology. When we informed them, they just said cooly, it was a false alarm! That was 5 whole minutes up there with the alarm blasting and the blinking lights, with no one in the corridors guiding or to ask info from, walked 7 flights of stairs, all for a false alarm?

Stayed here overnight and was really satisfied with the place. Very clean and the common areas for the different buildings of the Luxury Residences are well maintained. Very clean pools and there is a sauna. The tennis courts and badminton courts are also well maintained. Security is very strict but the receptionists at Fiorenzo are very much accommodating. The room where we stayed via AirBnb was well maintained and worth the price we paid.
