Arrived at pontins on Monday 30th may, on paperwork check in time said 4pm but was informed couldn't check in till 5pm as they hadn't realised it was bank holiday. We thought we would try The Sands restaurant, arrived there for opening time. Charged £6.95 per adult and £3.95 for child. Well they had no ham, no chicken nuggets and...

Paid cheap prices for the most basic holiday ever. On arrival the front door had bird poo all over it and walked in and everywhere looked dirty the sofa was filthy and luckily I had brang a cloth and anti bacterial spray! Cleaned up, was very uncomfortable to sleep and the kids weren't impressed with anything. Maybe mine are a...

I was extremely apprehensive prior to arriving at Pontins - the reviews weren't very positive to say the least. I was prepared for a very uncomfortable/unpleasant stay... I was greeted by lovely and helpful people on reception. Whilst unpacking our 2 boys played on grassy area in front of appartment. Our appartment was ideally placed in front of play area,...

Thank you for your review of the park. Its great to hear how all the staff are polite, courteous and acknowledging the guests that we have. Our lifeguards are excellent with children being safe in the pool. They are very well trained and will watch the pool for any situations and act before they arise. The local stables often join...

This place is absolutely disgraceful, dirty rooms concrete floors, bed linen dirty, shower dirty ! Wouldn't go back there if they paid me, staff rude and unhelpful most of the time, it was the worst experience of a holiday ever. Strongly suggest this resort is avoided at all costs !

2 adults 40s two teenagers... Had a really good time. Property clean and had everyting we needed. Two things ive learnt is: dont listen to all reviews, the people writing the nasty ones need to get a life and stop expecting a 5 star room for very litlle money. Also ive learned how much people in general really do moan...

I had never been to a pontins before, so went with an open mind. We arrived early and parked near to the reception area. We were informed we could use the park facilities, but could not access the rooms until 16:00. So time to look around the park. The first disappointment was how many of the children's areas were closed....

As an avid holiday camp lover, Iv been to all the Butlins and several havens, staying in a variety of accommodations, so we thought we would try Pontins but NEVER AGAIN... We only stuck out staying as the children liked the evening entertainment and the beach.. I could write a book explaining the reason why people should STAY CLEAR of...
