We stayed with my family over the weekend in May and were really satisfied. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly, convenient parking. Rooms are refurbished with new carpets, linnen, beds and fully modernized & modern bathroom. The room (for 3) was spaciuous and quite. Very good place to stay for the mountain hiking.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2018 for a family wedding reception. The room was a generous size with all amenities. The wedding reception venue was a beautiful room. All 8 courses of food were delicious and serving sizes were very generous. I travel regularly for business and this experience was a very positive one.

We found Gorski Raj hotel on dzieciochatki.pl (which is a great website by the way!). We were looking for a family friendly hotel in Polish mountains not far from Krakow. From the moment we arrived to the hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised with the hospitality, friendly and welcoming service and a very attractive location. Our room was lovely, very spacious and fully equipped with baby essentials, right next to the play area which was extremely convenient for the kids, as they were able to integrate with other children easily. The programme of activities was very interesting and although my kids don't speak any Polish, they were truly engaged and loved taking part in all the activities. In particular, I must mention the horse riding and horse carriages to Gorczanski Park Narodowy. We received a voucher for a free horse riding lesson which was a wonderful idea. This was their first time on a horse/pony and we were truly amazed how much they wanted to come back. The trip to the National Park in horse carriages was another most memorable event, as I was able to share the experience from my childhood of preparing sausages on the open fire with my family. Actually, all the guests from the hotel were super nice and it made us feel like an extended family. The atmosphere was so warm and friendly that we already enquired about Christmas packages. Lets don't forget about the food which was absolutely delicious - very traditional, as we expected. When my son wasn't feeling well, they provided all the necessary support and first aid which we are most grateful for. I must stress that Gorski Raj Hotel is an ideal place for an enjoyable and relaxing family holiday. We will spread the word and encourage all our friends to visit. With many thanks!
