Rachel welcomed us with Tea and delicious Saffron cake which set a good first impression. Our room was nice, only problem was that due to the age of the building, we could hear the guests moving around above us which wasn't ideal. Great location, set in and amongst the fields, convenient for walkers on the coast path. Only slight issue... More

A nice farm-stay B&B, with hearty breakfasts, helpful hosts and a pair of very friendly dogs to welcome visitors too. Your car will need adequate suspension to make it up the drive, but it's worth it.

To be honest we were a little disappointed when we arrived having read the great reviews. I guess we had the worst room as we were late booking. It was raining which didn't help. Welcome couldn't have been nicer. We stayed two nights. Breakfast was good if basic. We had to wait a while first morning as we were last... More

Four of us for four nights and what a wonderful time we had (wall to wall sunshine was an added bonus). Very clear instructions on how to get to the farm and a warm welcome on arrival from Chris. From then on we were so well looked after by Rachel, Sarah and Becky. Really delicious breakfasts and nothing was too much... More

My husband and I stayed at the end of March with a family of two adults and two children aged 10 and 14 years. Prior to arrival Rachel sent me all the info we needed to find the farm and more info about local places to eat etc. All communication was very clear and we had no problem finding the... More

Delicious in every respect. Friendly family, fab breakfast, super comfy bed, toasty fireplaces and generous accommodation. Idyllic really. We had the whole 'house' to ourselves and felt like we were at home. Exceptionally clean and tidy.

Loved it! Friendly doggy in the yard, friendly couple running it, great farm buildings really well converted. Really good breakfast too! Well worth a visit, much better than your standard Premier Inn or whatever.

We had the Homeward Down room which was very cosy and has a nice view. The breakfast was ample and delicious and one afternoon Chris even lit a fire in the fireplace of the sitting room while we were writing our postcards. Free Wifi also worked very well in the sitting room. You can take lovely walks along the coast... More
