We stayed at East Thorne at half term and had a wonderful week away from it all. My husband and two daughters were made to feel very welcome - they received two activity kits and a pumpkin to carve when we arrived! Weather wasn't great but it didn't stop us having a great time. It's a good location for local beaches and cafes too .. We were so lucky to make a holiday before the second lockdown and I definitely recommend east Thorne as a great family holiday home.

This is the second year running my partner and I have visited East Thorne. The first visit being the location I asked my partner to marry me, and the second visit being a year later to celebrate the anniversary. Once again it was perfect. The staff are friendly, everything is clean. The upgraded hot tubs is a bonus! We were recommended local places to eat and these did not disappoint. If youre thinking of visiting here. Do it. We

We were lucky to get a cancellation, been looking for some time to stay in a Round house and it did not disappoint.. It was just as it looks in the pictures if not better. The round house had every thing we needed and due to the covid issues we cooked and found all we needed in the little kitchen. The owners were very friendly and helpful giving us some advice on where to go and the local shops etc. The hot tub was fantastic and even with the whether not being great it was a relaxing stay and would recommend a stay. This was our first time staying at East Thorne and have already booked a return visit! We stayed in Cwytch Cottage, it was absolutely spotless and all COVID information was emailed over in advance so made myself and family very confident that this was thought about. The site itself is well maintained and the family are very welcoming and friendly. The location is great with some beautiful beaches right on your doorstep and very easy to explore further afield. Overall a great family stay.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Cosy cottage, clean and well equipped. Great location, nearby village has a couple of nice pubs and Bude is only a 15 minute drive. Would recommend and we will hopefully return in the summer weather to enjoy the outdoor facilities.
