It was just the one night here for me as I was working locally. What a fantastic little find, I was greeted by Kirsty who was lovely, gave me the name of a great little pub locally to eat (The Fox Inn - Darsham) showed me to my room (Silver Birch) which was stunning, clean and decorated with great creativity, had absolutely everything you needed including a mini fridge with cold water and fresh milk. Everything was spotless, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked fresh by Kirsty and was delicious. It was very clear to see John and Kirsty have a passion for this place and if I’m ever back I will definitely be staying again.

We booked late so had limited availability in area but we were delighted finding Copperbeech B & B.
We advised our arrival would be between 16:00 - 19:00. We actually arrived around 18:15. There was plenty of parking available.
We were welcomed in by Kirsty and had a nice chat with her and then shown our room which in fact could have catered for 5 people.
The room and bathroom were very clean and little extras were tea/ coffee making facilities and fridge that contained fresh milk and chilled water.
Kirsty continued pleasant conversation and offered recommendations for local restaurants/ pubs for food.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we both slept very well
The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of cold foods and freshly cooked hot options. Also we were offered home made jam, marmalade and honey from the owners beehives. During breakfast Kirsty chatted to us.
Thank you KIrsty, you were an excellent host
No hesitation in giving Copperbeach 10/10, 5 stars. If we are ever staying in area again we would definitely choose Copperbeach.

Really excellent B&B in a lovely part of the country. We had 2 rooms, a double and the family room. Both were large, light and airy, beautifully decorated with some really nice touches, like the mini fridge with chilled water and fresh milk and a coffee maker. Bathrooms were very generously sized with walk-in rainfall showers and a lovely range of toiletries. A bathrobe and slippers were provided too. Breakfast was extensive and as well as the cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and juices, there was a full menu of cooked and other options. The full English breakfast was magnificent. The vegetarian full English included vegetarian sausages that my daughter proclaimed to be the best she’d ever had. And to top it all off, home made marmalade and jam and honey from their own beehives. Kirsty is a fabulous host. I can’t recommend Copperbeech highly enough.

We stayed 5 nights at this B+B to explore the Suffolk coastline and have no hesitation in giving Copperbeech a five star review.
On arrival you are instantly made to feel at home by the warm welcome from owner Kirsty. There are some nice personal touches around the house, giving a homely feel throughout.
As there are only four large rooms, each has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. Our bedroom, modern walk-in shower and bathroom were spotlessly clean and were refreshed each day.
Mini fridge with fresh milk, bottled water, coffee machine and large screen TV come as standard. Although the house is fairly close the main road, there is no traffic noise, as each room benefits from triple glazing.
The breakfast room is immaculate and the standard and range of food is on par with 4*+ hotels, as the owner is a qualified breakfast chef. Breakfast preserves and honey all come fresh from the garden’s fruit trees and hives.
We’ve stayed in many B+Bs over the years and consider ourselves to be quite picky, but rarely if ever will you find one as good as this. You can book this accommodation with confidence, you won’t be disappointed.
Many thanks once again Kirsty + John.

My parents stayed here for 2 nights to visit family. They drove down from West Yorkshire and unfortunately got lost a couple times so didn’t make it for the 6pm check-in - Kirsty called to chase and we weren’t aware there was a deadline so didn’t call ahead to let her know of the delays but luckily she offered to wait for them. They said the willow room was lovely - especially the wet room and all the little touches she added: fresh milk, cold water in fridge, toiletries, etc. They were also super impressed with the breakfast options and they were high quality with fresh honey available from the gardens.

We have just stayed at copperbeach B&B as we went to southwold and thought it would be nice to stop off over night before going onto Norfolk. We were greeted by Kirsty the owner who was lovely and cheerful and made us feel at home. Our room was the silver birch and it was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and we had a good night's sleep, good shower and breakfast was scrummy. Copperbeach makes it's own honey so brought that and also some jam all homemade. Thank you for making us feel welcome and for the lovely stay.

Easy to find just off the main road through Yoxford. Ample parking in the grounds of this lovely house. Kirsty welcomed us and checked us in and filled us in on some useful local info. We had booked 2 nights Friday to Sunday , for a wedding at the nearby Wilderness, just a couple of miles away. Our room was tastefully decorated and had a large comfortable bed and a spacious wetroom bathroom, with a very good shower. Lots of toiletries and so on. Also equipped with a Tassimo machine for coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Breakfast was an absolute treat - with many ingredients from their own garden and hives, and others from a local farm. It's so good that you have to overeat a bit, just to try it all! No problem with coming back late (so long as you're quiet of course). Most guests were there for weddings, as CopperBeech is perfectly situated for a number of venues. Yoxford is an interesting village, but for a good evening meal we went to the coast about 7 miles away to The Ship at Dunwich. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation at all recomending this B&B.

What a perfect place; the service and rooms are some of the best I’ve ever stayed in and a wonderful breakfast to boot Thank you for all the special touches, the care and the beautiful setting. We stayed in the family room and there were comfortable beds for up to 5, a gorgeous shower and she had kindly put Prosecco, cake and balloons in the room for a special occasion A very tasty home cooked breakfast and honey from their own hives finished off a perfect stay

3 of us stopped here for just a night as part of a cycling trip around Suffolk and our stay could not have been better. Kirsty was so welcoming, she helped sort out a restaurant booking, ordered us a cab and settled us in to our rooms. Both of which were spotlessly clean as was the whole house. She is clearly someone who loves what she does and she does what she loves really really well. Breakfast (I can fully recommend the full English) which was cooked to order and to our quite specific requirements was fabulous. Even make their own honey which we would have bought if not in bikes.
I must admit that I was a bit worried about booking a B&B but this is almost like a boutique hotel which I’d thoroughly recommend. Well done Kirsty and hope John’s bee stings have gone!

Copperbeech is a delightful and extremely well run B&B. The rooms are fabulous, good size, tasteful modern decorations. Modern bathroom (great roomy walk in shower) , coffee machine, chilled water, large flat screen TV, comfortable beds, good size airy room, spotlessly clean. The breakfast is akin to a posh hotel with lots of choices and our host Kirsty was so accommodating of two different allergies. The whole property is a pleasure to be in with lots of interesting artefacts and books. Plus on premise local honey. Highly highly recommend.
