This amazingly beautiful hotel can only be accessed by water taxi. The journey across a scenic bay ,with turquoise water and verdant islands dotted around is really exciting . Would be a fabulous hotel for a honeymoon. We had a delicious lunch and the owner came down to the jetty to meet us which was a really nice touch. We...

Thanks for joining us for lunch and we are so pleased you had a wonderful experience on the harbour this day. We do apologise for not responding sooner, but for some inexplicable reason your message has only just come to my attention. Thankyou again on behalf of our former team.

For a beautiful day out in a very special place you can't go past Kingfish Lodge. When booking they will arrange the water taxi. Our day went without a hitch, the water taxi was on time, it was a beautiful day and we were greeted off the water taxi by a warm welcome and smiling waitress on the private pier....

We recently enjoyed the fabulous hospitality of Kingfish Lodge whilst moored in the bay on our yacht. We had visited last summer and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience dining at the restaurant and made new friends and also caught up with old acquaintances. As we were planning on heading that way again this summer we decided to see in the...

Checked in for Dinner and New Year celebrations. Jeremy was extremely helpful in securing our yacht and friends yacht separate moorings. Ashore we experienced great food and service throughout the night. The band was fantastic and we partied well into the new year. Over night and during the next three days the weather was awful with heavy rain and lots...

I had talked up KF lodge to some friends, one was an ex Allblack the other was a former TV presenter about how awesome KF lodge was so I decided to take them there. Well I felt embarrassed because of the way we were treated We all felt that the management (Jeromy) was very unaccommodating to my guests and our...

We spent two nights at Kingfish Lodge and loved every moment. It is the perfect place to turn off the mobile phone, relax and unwind. Jeremy and his team were wonderful (including Kingi the chocolate labrador whom I understand adopts all guests). The location is spectacular and the food was divine! Our visit was private and peaceful and exactly what...

My wife and I had the great fortune of spending a weekend at Kingfish Lodge for our 10 year wedding anniversary, after having won a competition that a friend entered my wife in unknowingly. The location is truly amazing, the food exemplary and the manager Jeremy and the team were very helpful and friendly, making our weekend very special by...

We came here a year ago and were so impressed I decided to have my 50th birthday here. We booked for 'own the lodge' which accommodated 26 of us. Tucked into a little cove, it is very sheltered, which was great as we arrived on a windy winters day. The Kingfisher family were totally accommodating, friendly and obliging and went...

Beautiful place with excellent food and wine. Location is out of this world and plenty to do if you are so inclined or you can just chill out. Fantastic hosts and the staff are second to none. What a lovely surprise to see your notification this morning, and a big thankyou from myself and our team. We all enjoyed your company, frivolity and sense of humour. Our group stayed two nights in this fabulous location. The evening meals were absolutely sensational, worthy of any fine dining restaurant anywhere. We fished onboard the "Saltshaker 2" with Paddy the Skipper and Matty the Deckie and they were an exceptional crew, I can't recommend them enough. The rooms are very nice and hosts are very warm and welcoming.

It was our pleasure to be able to host your team and to accommodate your request for another night stay with us. Your 'Salt Shaker' fishing, and Kingfish Lodge experience will hopefully encourage you to return again one day. Thankyou for your endorsement which we appreciate immensely.
