Visited a hotel with family in late June 2024, where they moved from a nearby "dormitory" called Angelique (never go there), so the opinion may be a little distorted.
The hotel itself and its grounds are small, there were few holidaymakers, so there were no queues at the restaurant and problems with sunbeds. The hotel is old and you can see it, but the staff try very hard to keep it clean and orderly (sometimes it works, sometimes not very well). Rooms were cleaned every day, no problem with that. Actually, speaking of the hotel building, it's pretty clean. The receptionists are very pleasant, left a good impression.
The food is delicious, there's a choice, you can't stay hungry. But there are no snacks at all: breakfast, lunch, dinner and nothing else. Late breakfast until 10 a.m., but at 9.30 a.m. the food was already being cleaned. That's why lovers of sleep go without breakfast.
Locally produced alcohol, very amateur. Fanta, sprite, coca, water, coffee, cocoa.
Bars are open until 24:00, bar staff are not very good. Cleaned badly, all with stone, disgruntled faces. If God forbid smile at them, then you will not let go, they start to get very molested (in general it is better not to go to this hotel without husbands, in Turkey with this attitude to women visitors met for the first time).
No animation from the word at all. Very boring. There's a kids club on the property, but it doesn't work, there's the same dance with the kids every night and that's it. There's nothing for adults, it's nothing, just music that's off at 11 p.m. And at this time, the neighbouring foursomes are everywhere discotheques and shows. If you want to just swim and eat, then the hotel will suit you, if you also want to have fun, then this hotel is definitely not suitable for you.
There is a beach, but entering the sea only from the pier (the bottom is stone, if waves, you can get seriously injured). There's a beach at the nearby Angelique Hotel (we went there until the passage was stoned).
I can't say in general that the hotel left a bad impression, but for this price you can find something more decent.
Hotel advice: change some bartenders (teach them niceties and proper communication with customers), watch the neatness of the employees (one full bartender was always wearing a dirty T-shirt and wet with sweat).
Work with animation, find someone who's not lazy about it. Clearly, the hotel isn't big, but when the animator says every night that he won't do anything because there aren't enough people, that's not normal.

I agree with the reviews that awarded the hotel 3 points. Indeed a hotel with the motto: not bad, but.. The hotel itself was recently renovated, the furniture is good, but the walls are shabby, as if after a leak. Putting it in order takes a couple of hours, but..
The canteen (not called a restaurant) has everything you need, but you’ll be a little late and will have a couple of chicken bones and beans left over for a side dish. When you got to the beginning of lunch, you could choose chicken, turkey or chicken liver. Of the fruits, watermelon, melon and apples were struck (once) apparently fallen from the tree (with holes and rot). The staff, as previously written, are truly rude. My husband asked for a bag of tea in the evening, and they told him, like, get out of here, go drink vodka. This is the first time I have seen a hotel have a problem with tea. Only for eating in aluminum jugs, and then it ran out quickly. The girl at the reception is quite responsive, but she will only help you for money. I understand that this is almost everywhere, but when there are free rooms, they check in before the scheduled 14.00. And here he deliberately waits. In general, everything is somehow unpleasant. A lot has been written about the beach too, there are slabs, there is nothing to do there with children, from the pier it’s fine. But there are few sunbeds. There is no animation. In the evening there are discos for pensioners for Tender May. The towels were never changed, but we didn’t throw them on the floor. After reading the reviews, I took a cloth and washed the floor myself. But they brought water every day, two 0.5 bottles, and the trash was taken out. Although, also surprisingly, they always hung a do not disturb sign, they still came in. Wi-Fi, I thought that at least at the reception it was free, but no, everywhere. The safe is paid. We paid for 2 days, then we left and either took all the most valuable things with us, or left them in a suitcase with a lock. But no one turned off the safe. They could continue to use it. Location. The plus is that it is close to Alanya, but there is nothing near the hotel, there is nowhere to go for a walk. In general, the hotel has potential, but fire all the staff, improve the service, sort out the kitchen, and you can relax.

A very economical hotel, really not worth 4 stars, the rooms smell of mold, the staff is rude, one night the waiters had a fight in front of everyone. There are few sunbeds by the pool, if you don't get a spot early in the morning, you will be without a sunbed all day. The coast by the sea is rocky, we fell several times while boarding, came back with bruises, swimming is dangerous because the waves beat you into the rocks. The food is poor, the drinks are very poor. There is a mess everywhere, uncollected dishes, dirty tables, and poor dishes. There is almost no animation, I do not recommend going to this hotel because the price-quality ratio does not correspond to reality.

I just checked in the hotel we waited nearly 30 minutes just to give us the cards and the wristbands we enter the room we find the dirty sheets and towels literally with dirty spots and the food was terrible like they got only frozen food and vegetables they say 24h food (we got the ultra all inclusive pack) you go the döner he says i don't have food anymore same for patisserie.
It's literally the worst hotel i've been in i do not recommend it dosen't deserve the 4 stars.
They got only a good thing the beach is like 100 meters you go through a tunnel but you find that everywhere.

The services are so bad, on the first day when we arrived we were greeted by someone who had no idea what his doing and put us in a room where 2 people were already accommodated, we had to go to the reception to ask for another room , was embarrassing . Nothing was explained to us because the staff does not speak English, they spoke to us in Turkish during the whole stay and they didn't even try to help you (there is google translate) and if you wanted to translate something they would tell you right away “ no speak English “ and that’s all , there is no activity in the hotel and those near the pool (only on weekends) are spoken exclusively in Turkish, the hotel is in the field and you have nothing to do around there is a minimal shop inside the hotel where you can't find the majority ! The room I was staying in when I arrived I found the sheet on the bed dirty with makeup and I don't even want to know what else was on it I went to the reception to ask for my bed to be changed, no one came until the next day and when they came, they left the sheet on the table for me to change it . When we organized the holiday we were told that wifi is included (all incusive) and when we arrived at the hotel we had to pay for wifi 2 € per day because there was no signal at all and after I paid it didn't work it disconnects every time and when we went to the reception to ask for explanations we were told that we have iPhone that's why our wifi doesn't work , in minimal English by the hotel owner who doesn’t care and told us that it's not his problem. The first 2 days of vacation I spent more at the reception than in the room or doing activities like on a normal vacation! The most terrible experience we had, we cried nervously that no one was trying to help us and we were totally ignored in a four star hotel where we paid for the service that was not offered to us. There wold be a lot more to say but is not a point , I’ll never recommended or go there again it was a huge mistake! That was the worst experience I ever had !

We recently stayed at Club Hotel Mirabell from July 6th to 17th for my birthday and were thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Here are the main issues:

Lack of Animation and Evening Entertainment - these were almost non-existent. There was very little to do in the evenings, making the stay quite dull and monotonous. The animation team managed to organize only two karaoke evenings during our entire stay, with the rest being “disco” nights featuring Polish, Russian, and Turkish music. They attempted a Mini Disco for kids, but the leader didn’t even know the dance steps. Additionally, the animation team did not wear any identifiable t-shirts. The music quality was terrible and too loud.
The bar staff, including the bar manager, were extremely rude. They seemed annoyed by simple requests and were not welcoming at all. They did not speak English and only a little Russian, so if you are not local, you will struggle to communicate with them.
The cleanliness of the pool area and bars was appalling. The pool was dirty, and the bar areas were poorly maintained, with sticky surfaces and uncleaned tables.
Despite advertising itself as a family-friendly hotel, there were no activities for kids. No Mini club (actually there is one but it is just a locked building without anyone inside), no Mini Disco. "Playground" they advertised is just 1 swing outgrown with large grass around. This made it difficult to keep children entertained throughout the stay.
The food variety was lacking. Meals were repetitive and did not cater to different tastes and dietary needs, making dining a less-than-pleasant experience.
There were not enough sunbeds near the pools, and they were almost non-existent near the beach.

Overall, our stay at Club Hotel Mirabell was far from enjoyable. The lack of entertainment, rude staff, poor cleanliness, no activities for kids, subpar food variety, and insufficient sunbeds make it hard to recommend this hotel to anyone.
AVOID!!!!

As an Italian I wouldn't go back. The staff speaks little English and you can't tell when they speak. I arrived at the hotel at 10 in the morning and was given the keys at 2. Dirty environment especially the public bathrooms of the hotel. Upon entering the room there was an unpleasant smell and the floor + surfaces were dirty. Towels full of dirt and hair, and dirty sheets. The food is not great, most of the food is not good. It is better to eat at the tables outside because inside you risk fainting. The food is also buffet style and you have to go and get the water with a glass (annoying). The floor of the hotel is a horror, it seems they haven’t washed it for so long. The sea is very close but the sunbeds suck. The Internet IS PAID and makes € 1 per day and also THE SAFE IS PAID. If you are allergic to cats it is not the place for you because they are also inside the structure. The only beautiful thing is the sea even if full of large stones.

Hotel rooms are small with only 1 pillow and 1 sheet per person, Air Con is good, there are TVs in the rooms but no signal so cannot use, bathroom is adequate.
Staff are not friendly towards the English and have double standards!
The food is beyond poor! Worst I've ever had in any all inclusive, you really do get what you pay for here! The choice is poor and barely warm, no ice cream and never have enough plates or cutlery it also does not have any description of what the foods are and I will not eat if I don't know which animal I am eating! Drinks are only Efes, Wine, vodka or whiskey, soft drinks coca cola, Fanta, sprite, water and juices. You do not have the option of a cocktail and all drinks are served in small plastic or paper cups even through mealtimes.
Snack bar is only open 3 - 5 and is on the beach front so a nice view but very little choice, it is advertised as a kebab place but I'm yet to see any kebab.
I would advise any English to not book here but if you do then expect to eat out, a taxi to Alanya cost €13 where there are an abundance of restaurants and shops, clothes are very cheap but restaurants and drinks are roughly the average price of the UK.

Water slides are only open for a few hours per day, roughly 10-12 then 3-5, I say roughly as this so far has changed day to day.

Mini Disco is adequate for the little one's again roughly starting around 9pm for 30 mins

She is very unfriendly and act like a teenager when asked for help. She hate her job, she hate hotelguests and hate children. She sighs all the time and look sleepy. Also 90% of the restaurant staff is serving food while playing with their phones. Disaster!! Rooms in bad condition, pool full of dirt and noone is cleaning, dark at evening so you have to go around with flashlight. Elevator doesnt work on some floors, he have to carry our baby in the troller down the stairs from 4th floor, even tho we told them about the elevator 5 days earlier. Food running out after 30 minutes and no refill, when asknstaff they say "finish" even if the seating is for another 90 minutes. Long que to the Coca Cola maschine, food getting cold as you wait so long. Not enough seat places and staff not cleaning tables fast enough. Very filthy servings, no name tags on food and cold food.Choose any other hotell, this is a nightmare. We will be checking out tonight. We cant take this any longer.

Had a great time, to be honest I haven't done many all inclusive holidays like this one but I thought the food was really nice for the lunch and dinner buffet especially (you won't be happy if you like chips and burgers though). The breakfast was ok, could have been better but ok. Was lacking food like bacon and baked beans, also the milk cartons were difficult to open for the cereal but all in all it was good enough.
Read a lot of negative reviews of this hotel but I know from past experience it can come down to an odd negative experience someone had, there's probably a lot of people who had a good time but don't bother to write a review.
The staff overall were good even though some struggled a bit with English, the hotel could do with a makeover in places as it looked a bit worn but all in all can't grumble much considering what we paid. There were two pools each with a bar and one had slides which were fun, although they were only running from 3-5pm. Alcoholic drinks are Efes beer, gin and vodka but not all bars served the spirits.
Was a bit disappointed that the beach bar didn't serve food at the time it stated, there was no food served there at all but was still nice despite that, they served the drinks and tbh breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is enough for me. Cakes were served in between lunch and dinner by one of the pools for about an hour or so.
All in all I really enjoyed my time there, weather was fantastic too, I'd go back again. No complaints with our room too.
