Hotel is located in quiet place and has many opportunities for sport activities. It is also good place to have company events (all facilities on place). Meals we had were tasty. Rooms clean and comfortable however big complaint about bathroom. It was ok, also clean but problem was with water drain in shower and sink - were plugged. Seems that nobody cares about it as should be noticed during cleaning/inspection.
Local standards must be shockingly poor / locals’ expectations non-existent for this to receive positive reviews. “Superior” room was distinctly inferior with leaking shower that required all towels on the floor to prevent a flood. A/c not functioning & mixture of barely opening and non-opening windows. Noisy fan in bathroom had cover prone to dropping off & then revealing live wires. Can only imagine what the ‘Standard’ rooms must be like! peanuts / crisps/nibbles to give with drinks are NOT available for guests in the downstairs bar ... but, ask a little harder & if you wait until 6pm you may walk to the first floor ‘bar’ and here you may choose between plastic tube of Pringles or peanuts. The ‘bar’ is totally targeting the locals & loud’n’beery music brigade with corresponding thumping music so, best avoided unless peanuts required! Quite why staff are not able to offer nibbles with drinks to paying guests is beyond me & hi-lights the poor staff training. Later, after 20 minutes waiting to be served in restaurant, I resorted to calling the front desk from my seat & ask if someone would please come over and take my order. Even that request had no effect after a further 7 minutes waiting. I was beginning to think the staff were deliberately ignoring me for being Brutish (given current BREXIT situation). Someone in the kitchen has some skills. It is ding-ding food but, well done. Too much salt & sugar in sauces though leaves you gagging for some water (neither served or offered on any restaurant table). Wine is stupidly expensive and has been selected solely with profit margin in mind and not taste. The Argentine Cab. Sav. Might(?) be drinkable at some future point in time, after oxygenation but, certainly not now. This place probably does well from the lads wanting a quick drink after kicking a ball about on the sports fields here, whilst their partner uses the spa facilities. Corporates use it as cheap venue for training courses. In those two endeavours, it is probably passable but, as a 4* hotel?? ... no management, you are falling woefully short of the necessary standard. …
Nice place with rooms with planty of space. You can go to a bar, play snooker or visit a boling (only two lanes). I had a room with a bedroom upstairs, so I had a lot of space. This is the only and one hotel, which you can choose in Opalenica or close to it.
Good hotel with nice (clean)rooms, good restaurant and breakfast. A bit expensive compared to other hotels in rural Polish areas but basically worth every penny. Area is quiet, if you want any action better choose a hotel downtown Poznan!
Quality, nice details, service, spa, good massage, Nice moment in family for bowling during night , classy golf training, good restaurant, relaxing, possible play football on nice grass or play in tree camp next to. 2 days on this place is just ! We come back often so !
This hotel is situated in a very remote location and therefore not particularly handy for anything nearby. We attended a wedding reception there and it was good to have most of the hotel for our party, although it was slightly strange that there were footballers staying at the same time and walking around amongst the wedding guests. The food at dinner was modern and delicious, with a good alcohol selection too. The bar/restaurant area was spacious and comfortable, which is helpful because there isn't a lobby area or anywhere else indoors to sit. I used the gym a couple of times and the equipment was good, and the swimming pool looked inviting. Our room was in a separate annex, which seemed very new and almost unfinished! There was no safe, no mini-bar/fridge, nowhere in the shower to put toiletries and only 3 hangers on the rail. The lighting was poor so it was a very dark room. The annex didn't seem to be very well sound-proofed as we heard doors banging throughout the day and night, and also alarms going off regularly. The breakfast was not as good quality as the food at dinner or the wedding, and the choice was quite limited. We heard that normal customers have to pay for parking, which seems ridiculous given the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and they have their own private car park right next to the building. However, we were told that we weren't going to be charged and we can only assume that was because we were wedding guests. I don't think this is an ideal hotel to stay in for a normal holiday or business trip, but it was fine as a wedding guest.…
Very cute place for big events! Good services. Delisious catering. Good hotel. Nice yard around the hotel. I was there on Christmas Eve on busines dinner on occasion of New Year wih the colleagues. Thanks for good atmosphere!
I have been travelling to this part of Poland quite often for the last couple of months and this one is one of the most friendly. This part of Opalenica is quit but this hotel is easy to find. Just briefly-nice hotel, nice restaurant, good level of housekeeping and very friendly service in reception desk. Driving range for golf practising is nice "something more"
Good hotel. Nice pool area. Dinner was good as well. Really nothing to complain. Prices are somewhat steep compared with other hotels but overall very good hotel otherwise. If i need to complain than the tv channels could be updated with at least 1 english spoken channel.
Visited couple of times. In 2015, 2016 and this year. Nice area around hotel, decent rooms, spa, sauna, gym , everything in one place. The service especially waitresses and kitchen is just below zero. Not defficult to wait an hour for the food or to get it cold.
