Close to the beach and close to little main street in aow yai, but still very relaxed and quiet. Kind and friendly staff. Lovely coffee and pancakes. The rooms are simple but clean and a have modern touch.

We stayed here for about 5 nights in the end and we enjoyed every single one. The bungalows feature good sized beds, a terrace / porch thing with two chairs, a standing fan, mosquito net and a private outdoor bathroom. At night when we shut the windows we rarely got bugs, remember you're staying on a Thai island though, expect some wildlife! I had great fun spraying frogs or spiders with the bum gun before my shower.

We stayed here for 3 nights and just loved it. It's located directly next to the beach, in walking distance to the main restaurant and shopping area and we just enjoyed every second here. The staff is really friendly, there's breakfast for 80 baht including eggs, bottomless tea/coffee and toast. Our room and all the other small huts are cozy, clean and the outdoor bathrooms are amazing <3 The staff also cares about the mosquitoes around here and always places anti mosquito stuff everywhere. We can highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the location was great as just a short walk to Long Beach. There was a mosquito net, toiletries and water provided The bathrooms are open air & unfortunately we stayed when the worst rains in 30 years hit Thailand so we would've preferred a roof.. sure it's very nice when the sun shines. The cafe area is nice and has good coffee.

I traveled solo and found this place from booking.com I reserved the room and pay by cash. The reception was nice and friendly. I got a problem with door key and they fixed it immediately. The hut is not far from the beach and their decorate is stylish, I loved it. The toilet is outdoor, but in afternoon there will no electricity. So I just slept on afternoon and wake up to walk on the beach around 5 pm and had some dinner and cocktails on the beach. It was super chill for me to walk back to the hut. I enjoyed my 2 nights and plan to go there again in next year.
