Our stay at Crown Retreat Resort was amazing! After travelling for so many days in a row this was just what we needed. We were immediately surrendered by the private beach that sits in front of the room. To get to your room they will take you on a nice ride with the buggy. The toilet is so stylish and unique. The room is clean and tidy and very private. Its hard to choose between the infinity pool and the beach as they are both so welcoming and delightful. The breakfast has a lot of options and its very fresh and tasty.
Very friendly staff, especially restaurant with sea view is nice, the terrain is steep but buggy is limited, bicycles will be better. Bathroom was a big disappointment cause it's too small just enough for one, no bathtub and exhaust system for toilet was really bad
I can not recommend this hotel. Yes the area with beach is fantastic, pool nice and awesome view BUT the bungalows are small, uncomfortable and dirty. We found a lot of animal excrements on the floor and even the bed. It is hard to find english speaking staff here and when we told the reception they told us "it is normal". The hotel is also located out of town so there is not much to do around. The restaurant therefore is very expensive compared to normal prices (70k for beer instead of 30-40k outside in city) Dear crown if you would like to be a 4 star resort then please improve first your rooms and service - in my opinion it is not a 4 star hotel, I am sorry to say.
hands down the best resort in quy nhon. this place is so underrated. huge pool with direct access to the ocean. beautiful clean beach and turquoise water, not crowded at all. room is super clean and spacious. breakfast buffet has a great selection of food. service is impeccable. above all the price is so reasonable for all the amazing amenities. stayed here a few times already and would always find my way back here every time im in quy nhon.
We stayed 2 days and enjoyed much the beautiful garden. The beaches is stretching along penisular with very nice view. Staff is friendly. However, the resort needs improvement on its facilities. In particular on the pool, my knees are scratched because the pool is made from grindstone. Very dangerous and unsafe. The bathtub holder is dangerous as well. There is little service on the ground. Not sure what is “premium wake up service”? Somehow I think it’s overpriced if it is a 4-start resort. Should improve more, such as: welcome drinks and fruits, attention to more details, aircon should be turned on before guest arrival, bottled water instead of boiled water (or atleast let us know where the boiled water comes from).
The villa where we stayed is fine. My kids enjoyed the place & we had a bonfire during the night near the beach. The staffs & service was great. One thing I am not pleased is that there were few selections in the variety of food in the buffet breakfast though.
We just spent 3 nights at Crown Retreat and our impressions are dominated by the disappointment on how such a great spot is being wasted by poor and unprofessional management! It all started at booking stage when communication was slow and frustrating, nothing was possible or flexible... just a take it or leave it attitude! Once we arrived we were amazed by this great location, the beach is fantastic, the sea pristine, the surroundings spectacular... also the resort itself looks great, the pool is perfect and the bungalows of a good size and pretty nicely decorated ( Although not very clean and poorly maintained)! The problem is the useless management impersonated by Kirill! Despite the very friendly and helpful staff, the F&B is a catastrophe and extremely expensive, the breakfast is pathetic and the great looking bar next to the pool has no glasses, drinks, not even water, everything needs to come from the kitchen above and would take ages to reach the pool, do not expect a cold drink or a hot dish! On top of that no facilities whatsoever, no gym, no water toys, no possibility of bike or motorcycle rentals, they would refuse to book a golf round at nearby FLC... you are basically on your own. But the culmination of this lack of professionalism was when we asked for a late check out for at least one of our 3 beach front bungalows! We were met with a straight no! “noon is noon and we are fully booked tomorrow”, which was a big lie as on booking sites alone we could find at least 6 beach front bungalows available for that day! The infamous Kirill then started a monologue on how things work in the travel industry and that if we were not happy we could just simply cancel our last night... this despite having paid in full before arrival! All in all, unless all nearby resorts are fully booked do not go to Crown Retreat... well at least until a proper management is put in place!…
We went as a group of 4 and stayed at the resort for only a night but everything was wonderful than I expected! They gave us the best rooms as well. The bungalows with sea view were huge and cozy, you could even hear the natural sound of waves at night which was so relaxing. The staffs were also really nice and friendly!! The resort is 30m far from the main city (Quy Nhon) but if you love a peaceful place then it should be no problem. Also, we ordered some food at the resort restaurant, it was quite pricey but pretty delicious. We had a wonderful breakfast with a variety of options and the service was even better than any other resort I’ve ever been to. Well, I’d definitely come back here as my parents really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!,
Me and my fiance stayed here at Crown Retreat for our summer getaway. I was surprised how friendly the staff were and tasty lunch when we arrived at the resort. The crystal clear, warm water in the outdoor pool just so refreshing and it's a nice place to enjoy the breeze from the beach nearby. I will definitely come back to Crown Retreat and highly recommended this place to our friends and relatives.
I was suppose to head to Quy Nhon and stay at Crown Retreat for 2 nights. Due to an approaching typhoon off the coast, I decided to postpone my trip to Quy Nhon and I asked the hotel if I can shift my booking to a later date. I did not ask for a refund and neither did I wanted a refund as I was really looking forward to the stay. Even though the typhoon is not forecasted to hit Quy Nhon directly, nonetheless it still poses some threat. When I made the request to change the date of stay, Crown Retreat replied by saying "because typhoon will not be affected to Quy Nhon, policy of our resort and agoda don't support you to change the date". I also happen to be a Meteorology instructor so I know a thing or two about tropical revolving storms. The forecasted path is only a forecast, and with weather, nothing is certain and situations can change rapidly, which means there is a possibility that the storm could affect the area. It looks like their policy lacks the empathy and compassion to understand guest's concerns about safety, and the common sense to exercise flexibility given the situation. If they don't even think about my safety before my arrival, how can I trust them to think about my safety at their property? Thank you Crown Retreat for the eye-opener. I will definitely return to Quy Nhon, but I will not stay at your resort anymore. I'm better off going to somewhere I feel safe.…
