This is a comfortable well placed hotel, I had a lovely view out of my bedroom window, a newly decorated and very clean room and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely staymhere again

Good location just off the motorway and only a £10 cab fare into Liverpool. Communal areas and bedroom starting to look very tired and would benefit from a freshen up. Bathroom was adequate but again would benefit from some tlc. Good bar and table table right next door.

My husband and I stayed here on 31 December 2016. We arrived a little early to check in and was met by Faye. Faye could not have been more helpful, she said it was no problem that our room was being cleaned but would we like to wait in the bar which we did. She came and got us advised...

A rave nearby was blasting out until 4am, then noisy residents came back 5am singing in corridor, in the supposed Quiet Zone. Shame, 'cos Premier Inns are good value for money but infested with twenty something partygoers. A real deterrent for people with...

Roby premier inn. Excellent customer service, was checked in half an hour early for our convenience. Room was dated but very clean. Excellent value for money. Will stay there again and recommend to others.

Excellent service and helpful staff . It was very quiet even though hotel was busy . We slept well and it was over the Christmas holidays. Derby Lodge pub accessible from hotel and it was value for money and friendly . Close to bus stops, railway station and newsagents.

A trip to visit family and do the Christmas shopping. Looked a great hotel on line and so it was. To be fair the price for a family of six over two nights, the week before Christmas was excellent. Two rooms were initially too far apart but this was sorted pronto. As it was late we decided to eat in...

The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is freshly cooked and the staff are the friendliest you'll find anywhere around! The lovely Pearl was serving breakfast and rememembered us from when we stayed several months ago! She is a Christmas Cracker and is so friendly with all the guests, she gave an elderly couple a hug and wished them a Merry...

We have stayed here on a number of occasions, always made welcome and rooms comfortable. On this stat I did feel the room was a little tired, especially the bathroom but would still visit this hotel again.
