The car parking is of a very decent size especially if you have a larger vehicle . Pleasant staff welcome and very helpful. I would suggest booking a room on the front not the rear. On very busy days at the Table Table next door the chattering away of people in the garden can get a little annoying . I... More

Abit of a mixed review. Sophie on reception was fab went above and beyond with our 1st year anniversary card and chocolates left in the room. We went to town on the train 2 minute walk to roby station. Got back to the room around 11pm and the noise from other guests was soo loud the room above must of... More

Could do with some renovation, rooms have a funny smell and restaurant staff rude expect for the night receptionist, Helen and Jackie and the restaurant! No wifi offered and no phones in the room, I stayed at back of the hotel on the second floor but had to come down at reception to ask for a few things that I... More

In general very good, staff very friendly. We had a strange smell in our room (10) due I think to damp. I believe if we had mentioned it they would have moved us but they had put us all together in 3 adjacent rooms (10,11 and 12) and I didn't want to be separated. Breakfast very nice but a bit... Stayed for one night and you know what to expect and it delivers with a good nights sleep. We eat in the restaurant with good service followed by drinks at the bar. Free parking and good breakfast in the morning. Location wise this was limited but was reflected in the price.

I generally like Premier Inns and stay in then all the time. Unfortunately this one needs some TLC. The carpet was quite dirty and there was an annoying fly in the room. The staff were great and it was conveniently placed for where I was working.

Exactly what you expect from PI. Very friendly staff and the normal kind of room. Plenty of parking. 5 minutes walk to Roby station which has regular trains into Lime Street. Only minor point...stayed two nights and the towels were changed - why does PI do this!?

We booked the Roby due to the proximity of the evening party we were going to, it is easily acceable from the M62, we were greeted & checked in by staff who were most helpful in sorting us breakfast, an evening meal and a taxi to our destination. The shower fantastic, losts of hot water and good pressure, very comfortable... More
