While I am sure this hotel compares favorably to others in area, it is simply not comparable to a western 4 star hotel as they claim. There is a language barrier if you don't speak Mandarin, so your stay can be tough. Main complaint was with condition and cleanliness of the room. I stayed there for two weeks and room was not vacuumed once. Had some tea cups I used, maids never replaced and tea bags became moldy. Towel replacement is sporadic, and the room had mold and water stains in it. Just a grimy place where you never felt truly clean. The shower was inconsistent, and a/c was not good by my spoiled western standards.
They boast a pool, but it is really a swim club costing 38rmb per visit (about $6). Also add more as they require you to buy/wear a swim cap which is funny considering the dirtiness of the hotel and town in general.
