We are the only on-site management company for Pointe Santo, a gorgeous beachfront resort. We offer 1, 2, 3 bedroom, VIP and Penthouse suites each with private screened lanais, fully appointed kitchens & washer/dryers. Pool, jaccuzi, tennis, beach volleyball, children's program, cable, WiFi, beach chairs/towels, complimentary movie library and exceptional customer service! We are here to help with your vacation needs to create long lasting memories. Premier Properties is a 36 year old, family run business, run by a team of zestful women! This company was started by a courageous business woman, whom was also one of the original developers of the Pointe Santo property. Our history at Pointe Santo runs as deep as the ocean! Pointe Santo de Sanibel is one of the most beautiful settings on the island. This was our first experience with taking the adult children and grandchildren on a beach vacation. What great options to have right at your doorstep! Each condo has a beach or pool/lagoon view we especially liked A-35 and A-36. Kat and Lee were able to get us 2 units next door to each other and a floor below my 2 brothers. So convenient. The kids loved the optional Childrens Activities too - and the smoothies of course. Both condos were beautifully decorated and well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking pans. Pointe Santo is only a mile from Bailey’s General Store and many restaurants. It was a convenient walk, bike ride or golf cart ride to get anywhere. Pointe Santo was recommended by two different people and that solidified our choice. We are booked for next year! WARNING : This company does not honor its cancellation policy! In early 2022 we made a deposit for a 2 week vacation at Pointe Santos with Premier Properties! After Hurricane Ian struck Sanibel Island we cancelled our reservation since the facility was closed. Premier Properties has refused to refund the deposit despite the facility is closed AND we cancelled our reservation weeks before the cutoff date to do so.

I am very disappointed in Premier Properties. I’ve booked with them for all of our trips to Sanibel. We always had a wonderful experience. However, after hurricane Ian, that changed. I understand that they are trying to rebuild their lives and I respected that. I waited about 2 months before contacting them about our reservations for May 2023 because there were others that needed immediate assistance. Once I was able to make contact I was told we could wait and see or issue a refund. I took the wait and see approach hoping the damage could be repaired before our May trip. I checked back in prior to Christmas and was told by Lee Myers that it was a no go for May so I was given the option of applying my deposit towards the same week in 2024 or a refund. I requested a refund and stated we would be back in 2025. I waited a month or so and made contact again. I was told that the owner was out of town for the holidays and Lee was not sure when she would return. I’ve been getting this song and dance for 3 months now. I find it funny that I did not send my money to the owner so why is she refunding? I’m assuming I just lost $600. Anyone had any luck getting monies back? Is there a way to report them?

Trust me, the odds of getting your deposits back without legal action are slim and none.
Lee, and his unnamed boss have acted in a despicable fashion and are headed for trouble.
Suggest that you folks keep your records and emails from Lee and forward them to your attorney(s).

I am staying in one of the most beautiful condos on the Island at Point Santo de Sanibel. It is a horseshoe shaped complex, surrouding a swimming pool and two ponds. Each condo has a view of the beach and the beckoning waves of the gulf. The waves bring in the infamous shells of Sanibel. We have stayed in many of the condos over a period of 40 years. Each one has it's own individual appeal. I wouldn't want to stay any other place on the Island. This year my immediate need for a notary was quickly completed when I learned from the office managers that one of them is a notary and quickly handled the situation.

We had to paid upfront ($3200). Our vacation was just 10 days before the hurricane hit. We been promised our money back. But it is now 6 months and no refund. We had email them multiple times and called (cannot talk to anyone directly, only the answering service which I believe it is not the answering service but the actual office). Can't talk to anyone or get names and addresses of the owners.

My wife and I first came in 1986 for our honeymoon and we have been coming back ever since. This is the best property on all of Sanibel. The folks at Premier Properties are great to work with. Lee and Kat are two of the most accommodating, professional and sweet people you could ever work with. They are the only onsite property which makes it very convenient. We enjoy staying at A-25 as this is a special unit to us since we started staying there 35 years ago on our honeymoon. While this is our favorite unit for sentimental reasons, every unit is breathtaking with a gulf view. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait for our next visit!

My husband and I had a great stay in A-25 for our anniversary. Premier properties was easy to work with and the condo was updated, spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean! I was up at sunrise every morning looking for shells and found two huge ones and many beautiful smaller ones. We hope to be back soon!

Wow! What a pleasant experience booking with Premier Properties- Kat was great to work with and gave an excellent welcome when we arrived from MN. Later in the week we met Lea who was also great to work with. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The pool and hot tub are super clean, well maintained and had great hours. Our son, his wife and 3 grandkids joined us for 6 nights in a 3 BR condo and loved the place! After they left we moved to a 2 BR. The condos were clean, well supplied and plenty of room! We will definitely be back.

Wow! We were pleasantly surprised what premier properties had to offer at Pointe Santo. First of all they were super to book with and Kat gave us a great welcome when we arrived from MN and talked with Lea later in the week - awesome ladies! The grounds are immaculate-the pool and hot tub were super clean, maintained well, and had good hours. . Our son, his wife and 3 grandkids joined us for 6 nights. They loved the place! Yes, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for the grassy area between the condos and the sand but they cannot be moved. Some condos do have beach chairs in their closets.
We rented bikes from Billy’s and they have a great selection - delivered right to Pointe Santo!
There are more places to choose from in the Sanibel area.
