My husband and I had the most amazing time at Sanctuary. Everyone made us feel extra special. The service and experience start as soon as you arrive. Front desk, bell boys give you an amazing welcome. Frank our butler as amazing. Eliezer, Alix, Eloy, Manuel at the pool bar and Manuel at the steak house. Glory at the Casablanca buffet, Happy Boy at the pool And everyone else who I don’t remember there names treated us amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay magical. We will be coming back!!!

Everything about our experience was fantastic. Dawar, our butler, assisted us with ensuring we had reservations for dinner and that we had opportunity to do social activities around the resort should we like; Laury the concierge was extremely helpful in orienting us to the property and taking care of any small needs we had (i.e. a fan for nighttime). Additionally, the Entertainment staff were fantastic - Cappuchino kept us laughing and engaged around the pool. At the buffet - the main dining area where we ate breakfast every day and lunch most days, Yaniris, Ginetto, and Maria were most hospitable and always remembered the small details - like that I work with hospitalized children. And those are just the names I remember! Overall, aside from the views, the staff was the highlight for me. 10/10 would recommend, and would definitely return!…

This was our first time to the DR and had a blast! The hotel was amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Pools were clean and the barstaff were great. The trip was WAY BETTER thanks to staying in the castle and having Frank as our butler. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what events were happening and we were having a great stay. Definitely recommend this resort thanks to Frank's service.

This resort is out of this world! Staff is amazing and so attentive to all! The employees are so professional and caring, they make sure that we are comfortable and happy! I have great admiration for Jose Sanchez, one of the employees by the pool. He made our stay so pleasant, always making sure that we were ok by the pool. Also Eliazar was so kind and helpful at the restaurant. Cannot wait to go back! We had the room that is on the beach, love the decor and it was so clean! Best luxury resort in Punta Cana.

This was our first time visiting an all inclusive resort and it was a wonderful experience. We wanted a relaxing, laid back, romantic, adults only vacation to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and decided on Sanctuary Cap Cana after months of reading reviews and watching you tube videos. The property is absolutely beautiful and there are a lot of food options to choose from at the resort as well as Sanctuary Town, which most places at Sanctuary Town were included in your price. We stayed in room 1027, one of the King and Queen villas, for our first 3 nights and in room 3048, one of the 3 Castle Imperial Suites, for our last 3 nights. Both rooms were great (both have private pools) but room 3048 was the best hands down! Our arrival and departure were both seamless and all of the staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces all the time. We had a butler assigned with both of our rooms and Frank did not disappoint!! He made our dinner reservations for each night and made sure we were comfortable the whole time we were there. He made sure all of our questions were answered and checked in on us everyday to make sure we didn’t need anything. He even arranged for our luggage to be moved to our 2nd room while we were off the property doing an excursion so we could go to our new room when arriving back at the resort. He never hesitated to offer a ride around the property if we needed it as well. The only thing that was a disappointment was the beach at the resort. We were unable to get in the water because it was brown, murky, and full of sargassum. The resort was diligent about cleaning the shore up daily but the water wasn’t inviting. We hope to return again in the future and hope that Frank will still be there so he can be our butler again. We loved our vacation and feel it was worth every penny. …

This is an absolutely beautiful property with ocean view rooms in the Castle lodging, which we highly recommend. The swim out pool rooms on the Castle’s ground floor are gorgeous. The Castle is located just a few steps from the main lobby and property and offers privacy with a unique pool, which is not far from The main pool. Our experience, however, would not have been the same without Butler Alexander. He was kind, attentive and accommodating, was very knowledgeable about property’s services and is overall just a lovely person. Extremely professional, but also easygoing and fun, which made our trip even more relaxing. We will be back to request his services again! Boutique shopping onsite was also a fun surprise.

I haven't traveled yet, for my trip is not into July of this year, but I have been working with Elizabeth Brito, in reservations and she has been so awesome to work with! I bug her all the time and no matter what, she always answers my questions and doesn't make me feel like I'm bothering her. This type of customer service makes me even more excited for my trip there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana! We chose this place for our honeymoon and could not have made a better choice! We just got back from our honeymoon. We stayed in one of the oceanfront villas and it was fantastic. Joan was assigned to us throughout our stay and was there if we needed anything. We really enjoyed the property, our villa, but most importantly the people like Joan and other staff that made us feel so welcome! Luis was another staff member we are grateful for knowing.
