This logis is conveniently situated a short distance from the A20. Bedrooms and bathrooms are simple but spacious and clean, dinners are nicely prepared with very fresh ingredients and a good choice of wines and the buffet breakfast is excellent. The village is interesting and the Abbey (immediately opposite the hotel) is worth a visit.

Clean and very comfortable, renovated pretty hotel. Nice outside space and easy parking. Overpriced menu but good food. The problem was the English management/owner. Charming gentleman but but very grumpy wife! This spoilt the stay.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the A and within 8 miles of the lovely old city of Limoges. The building has lots of character and the room with en suite was a good size, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The buffet breakfast provided an excellent choice of food whilst the evening dinners were cooked and presented superbly. We... More

Only had one night here, but was very impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness and restaurant. I'll be staying here again if in the region again. Solignac is a pretty little town and would have liked to have stayed longer.

Comfortable hotel in quiet village handy for a visit to Limoges and it's airport. Parking on the adjacent square with a handy tourist office able to advise on parking and sites in Limoges. We found the proprietors welcoming and friendly. The room was traditional but comfortable and very clean. The dinner was very good. For us, a good choice .

The Logis are mostly very good and this place was no exception.. convienient overnight stop on our way North. Easy access from main road South of Limoges. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Everything in good working order and lashings of HOT water. Breakfast was plentiful breakfast room comfortable . All in all a very good deal.

Arrived to what can only be described as a rather cold reception from the lady owner. No smiles. Nowt chat. Noticed 'Am I bothered?' attitude to other guests arriving! ( N.B...best to talk and deal with her husband who is pleasant.) Room clean. Basic. Had pre-booked restaurant and was a little nervous about it. However...a very pleasant surprise indeed! Classic... Strange as it may seem, you can take your dog into the restaurant here but not into your bedroom! And anyway, the place doesn't open until 5pm!! We'd booked here through the Logis website - which mentions that the hotel restaurant accepts dogs so we assumed the hotel would too and mentioned that we'd got a dog in our booking.... More

As this was our first time at a Logis Hotel we were unsure what to expect. On arrival we were greeted by a very hospitable english owner who happily served us wine on a very sunny terrace. Accomodation was spacious and clean. The evening meal was a delight and was the best meal that we had during our two week... More

We stayed here on our recent road trip to France. The room was lovely, spacious with its own terrace and nicely decorated. Our room was at the back, which is apparently quieter although the village is hardly noisy anywhere. We were warned by the owner that we would hear the church bells ring every half hour but that they would... More
