The room has central air condition (no noise), a large safe (for laptop), strong WIFI signal, a refrigerator and a water cooker.
No luxury but value for money.
Rooms were large with a massive bed! Equally very comfy too. Bathroom was ok with shower only at shoulder height.
Facilities were okay but could only use pool first day as it closed for remainder of stay as had turned a rather disturbing shade of green.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They had located some lost property and promptly returned it.
Night market was straight out the back door so ideal in the evenings!
Again, good location though

My girlfriend went in to check out the prices, and at 1300 Baht per night we could have the deluxe room. The price wasn't too bad, although Thai customers would pay lot less and since we only were staying 2 nights didn't mind too much. The hotel itself is pretty much a basic hotel, big lobby with a small reception desk. This hotel would be pretty uncomfortable for disabled people since we had to go up the stairs to the next floor to reach te elevators. The decorations are nice, but don't expect anything too fancy.
The rooms are basic with coffee and thea making facilities. Breakfast was included in the price. The hotel also has a swimming pool if you want to relax the afternoon. One window in the room didn't have a lock so after opening it, we had to use our nails to get the window to close again. Service was nothing over the top.
Breakfast was in buffet and not bad. Bathroom was basic, bathtub with a small sink.
Hotel is located close to the nightbazaar.
Would I recommend it, well for the price you probably can get better hotels in the neighbourhood but for shorttrips the hotel is ok.
We were then told that the swimming pool was having maintenance work done all weekend, therefore we couldn't use it. This was one of the reasons we had decided to go for this hotel because of the pool! We were guttered.
When we finally got into the rooms, we were happy with the size of the room, was spacious. No decorations on walls, was pretty basic, but looked homely enough.
However, when eventually getting in bed, we realised how Hard the pillows were. They were so hard, that I refused to sleep on them and decided to use a blanket that I had as a pillow. The next day, I asked the cleaner if there was any other softer pillows, and she later gave us 2 normal soft pillows!!
The bathroom was poor... when flushing the toilet, the toilet was leaking out the back. Also, in the shower, there was nothing to hold the shower head... therefore, we had to hold the shower head ourselves like a hose, which defeated the whole point of a shower! Difficult to wash hair. There wasn't any hairdryers in the room; but upon asking them; they brought one up.
The location of the hotel was great, literally behind the Chaing Mai Night Bazaar ; where you can buy good souvenirs etc.
We didn't have any problems with noise... apart from hearing the Lift sometimes, and a few people walk in the corridors.
Overall, don't stay here if you want luxury, but stay here if you want good access to the night bazaar and a decent night sleep (if you ask for a soft pillow)
Anyway, the location is great, the Anusan night market just behind this hotel.Night bazaar also just a distance walk......NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL....
I'm still in shock at the state of this place, unhygenic would even be too kind of a discription... Even for the
price that we paid.
The bathroom had not been cleaned or at least only the basin top had had a quick wipe at most and when
I lifted the lid of our toilet there was urine in it and on the seat. The mirror looked like it had not been cleaned in months, same with the
fittings and to top it off there was mould all through the bath shower area and all over the roof. Not what you expect to find when you
first check in.
The room was in just as greater
condition with the mould on the
walls just having been painted over, dirty stained linnen and a tablecloth that still had food stains on it.
We may have got a one in
onehundred experience of this hotel, but judging from the state of the lobby, elevator and rooms I don't think it's that rare of an occurance. I don't expect luxury,
but having stayed in other hotels in Thailand for a similar price I do expect a certain standard of hygine
and this place made my skin
crawl!!!
Don't waste your money or your
time on this Hotel, it gives budget hotels a bad name!
Requested to change rooms and was given rooms one floor above. Set alarm at 5.30am but it rang at about 2.30am. The next day it happened again but did'nt realized until I got ready and woke my friend up thinking it was already 6am. My friend got up and went to the toilet but came out behaving like crazy..panicking and saying that she can't find her panty. She had it prepared from the night before but it went missing. I was trying to find her panty but in the process of searching, I found that the bed I was sleeping was made very neatly with the triangle fold as though it was getting ready for bed time in the evening. We both got ready and left the room about 6.30am for breakfast which we planned with the rest to meet at 8.00am. Thanks God it was our last day there. Would not recommend my friends to stay there. But there is night bazaar behind the hotel and famous Teochew Restaurant across the street.
Stay there if you dare...
Actually, we visited the place about 4 yrs ago.
"4th floor for swimming pool. Rooms on the west side may hear a bit of the music from the nightly cabaret between 9:30 too 10:30pm"Read full review
