My wife and I recently stayed here as part of a business trip. The Red Lion is a well looked after, traditional English coach house with tasteful modernisation. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My only complaint would be that the single glazing...More

Stayed one night on a Saturday. Nice warm and friendly welcome and clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast, nicely cooked. 400 year old building which is lovely but the stairs to the rooms are steep and winding!

The winding staircase is an original feature of the 400 year old building and can be tricky for some but we do have a straight staircase that gives access to the rooms upstairs. We are glad that you enjoyed you stay with us.

Great British pub, good clean and nicely decorated, compact so don't bring big bags, but as a over night stay it was great. The staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was delightful and plentiful, dinner was fab

Had a brilliant stay a little further out from Cropredy than we would normally like but due to high demand, found this lovely pub/hotel. Harry Potter winding staircase quite a challenge for some of us:) Breakfast was excellent. Thoroughly recommend this.

Car Park at the rear appeared to be quite safe also one has to negotiate a narrow entry/entry which will assist and slow any thief down. But as mentioned by other residents all cars cannot be seen from the road.
