Generally ok for a cheep hotel but wouldn't really recommend it. Was a good 8 miles into the town centre which was expensive in taxis (the website trivago stated close to town which wasn't exactly true) The room was nice and clean, and bed comfy however the room was freezing cold. The shower was the lamest thing as was more...

Had single en-suite room. Small and a bit dated but did the job. Was only staying one night and wanted somewhere reasonable cheap. Bed not too comfortable and no wardrobe / drawer space for clothes, although that did not impact me. Breakfast fine without being exceptional. WIFI did not work in room, could not get a connection. Location excellent being...

What can you get for £62 these days ? Well we found Fair haven Guest Accommodation, clean bright bedroom, bathroom tiny but adequate, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast to set you up for the day, AND quick and friendly service. The location was excellent for us, close to the venue where we were attending an 80th birthday party, and close to...

This is more a 'Guest House' than a hotel - but very good for a short stay. Prices are very reasonable - much better value than B&Bs in Nottingham, and close to Railway Station, as well as an easy drive to Nottingham Town Centre. I had a single room - small - but big enough - and everything I needed,...

A bizarre experience. The room was absolutely tiny - okay I an just about live with that. But then I found that there was no duvet cover on the duvet. What? I took it down and enquired, thinking it an oversight but was told, "yes, I know - this is not a four or five star hotel - this is...

Fairhaven hotel is not a flashy hotel, but it is fairly priced & provides all you need. It is well located being 5 minutes walk to Beeston station with regular trains into Nottingham (6 minute journey). We stayed in a large family room with a little kitchenette (kettle, sink & microwave) attached. The area is very quiet so good for...
