Worst hotel I have stayed at!!! 1. Music playing till 2330 when I told the staff I was up at 0500 only offered me a new room at 2300. 2. Manager refuses to give me a refund. 3. Called the hotel and manager a number of time and she proceeds to keep putting the phone down on me!! Wouldn't recommend... More

Over night stay here with bicycles. We were very impressed with the staff here as we were able to bring the bikes into the bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Breakfast was good but just make sure you book your breakfast at the time of booking for ease.

On arrival dealt with quickly and pleasantly. Upon entering room looked tired and a little bit grubby. As walked away from cupboard heater fell off the wall as we were meeting family no time to fuss just mentioned it to reception as leaving for family get together. She asked if I wanted it mended to which I said it was... More

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Newquay from Leeds. We didn't arrive till 7:30pm, but all the staff were so lovely and friendly. We had 2 little one's with us and the staff kindly opened the soft play area for them whilst we waited for our food to arrive. The food was excellent and very reasonably... More

Stayed in twin with daughter. Room large with full bathroom. All a bit 1980's but generally cleaning. Bathroom has evident water damage to door & walls and basin fittings very tarnished, but plenty of hot water. Restaurant poor, see my separate review. Breakfast much better than the evening set-up. Fairly inexpensive so good value room & breakfast

Went here for a meal with the family and found the service good the food good and the children's play area excellent. Being an Hungry Horse pub I was a bit weary of the food but no worries and very reasonably priced

You get what you pay for, this was a prefect stopover for us and had all the necessities. We had a ground floor room which was rather hot as there wasn't air con in the room. It was also rather noisy when the people in the room above were walking around. The room had what was required and plenty of... More

Booked this late due to a change in plans and what a good move. Room was excellent although a little warm. The bar was good and good value too, the food was amazing and extremely good value for money and the service was first class too. Would be booking again if I have an early flight from Bristol, worth every... More

Booked three rooms, as we had a wedding the next day. On arrival, no one was on reception. We waited and waited and eventually had to go through to the pub side to find a member of staff. We checked in. Rooms were decorated nicely, and rooms seemed clean. We went to the pub side to get some drinks. We... More
