Just returned from a 3 day break, Lovely staff and excellent food. We had room 3 which was very quirky, I think they call it the flat (we loved it). Lots of places to visit near by. We will definitely be returning soon. Thanks to all staff Mark & Sarah

We arrived on a groupon deal and were more than happy with the welcome, accommodation and the lovely food! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and we had a good 2 night stay. Would have been nice if there had been a residents lounge to relax in. Maybe the upstairs meeting room could be set up with a... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The Staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious and our room was lovely, spotless clean and everything we could wish for. A very relaxing (mixed in with sight seeing) mid week break.

Arranged to meet my cousin on her way back from a holiday in Scotland. Extensive menu. I had a starter: black pudding, poached egg ,mustard mash and cheese sauce....a winning combination for me. M had home made Chicken, ham and stuffing pie. Delicious, and very clean plates. The staff were charming and helpful.

We were recommended by the B&B we were staying at whilst walking across England. The staff were very welcoming and interacted with us in an easy and informal way. The selection and quality of the food was excellent. Two lovely evenings in a place we would certainly recommend and, hopefully, visit again if in the area.
