Placed in a very quiet area, with virtually no traffic and few passers-by, just a few steps from the Danube. The room was comfortable, large, and the interior of the building is overall pleasant and beautifully decorated. We met the kindest hosts who helped us with everything we needed, without even having to ask them. The idea to give free bikes to the guests for moving around town or going to a quiet stroll is wonderful. Really good breakfast! The dining room is large, no one had to wait for their turn. Maia is a cutie pie. 🐕 I don't know if I forgot to mention anything, but we thank you from our hearts for the great stay!

This resort is amazing! Nice surroundings, the owners are real close to the people that visit and the cocktails made by the owners son are delicious. You can visit where the Danube enters the Black Sea, the Danube Delta si go fishing if you’re into that. 5* of of 5!!!

Hotel is located a few minutes walk from Sulina city, with its own river platform where you embark you boat or drink the coffee. you feel hospitality of owners. Breakfast was diverse with more choices than in other places. Easy and fast connection to get to the Black sea beach in Sulina by taxi. Otherwise you may enjoy swimming pool as well.

We found out about "Delta Miraj" after it was recommended to us by friends who've been there. After checking reviews online and looking at photos we decided to book. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences. The owners are the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet, they advised us what trips to get, where to eat, how to get around. They were above and beyond and quite frankly made our trip great. The accomodations are top notch, the rooms are great and you have everything you need. The pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy some cocktails as well as the deck overlooking the Danube where you can spend the evening watching the sun set and enjoying some wine. Combine the above with a trip through the canals where you'll see splendid one of a kind sights, incredible wildlife. Nature at its best. We can't recommend this place enough. It's a great place for kids! Spacious pool with clean water and a nice taning area. Friendly stuff , great food in big portions. Clean rooms, well equiped bathrooms. I highly recomend for familly with kids.

The owners are very friendly. The food is very good - I recommend the local fish dishes. Very good accommodation. Excellent view from the pension pontoon at Sulina Canal. If you come from Tulcea by private boat you can disembark at this pontoon.

- big rooms, cosy and clean, nice veranda (with the swallows 🙂, directly next to the Danube) - cool offers (tours directly from the hotel dock, swimming-pool, nice food-quality and options, good coffee, bike-rental, transportation to the center) - the family that runs the resort is really super nice, interested in their guests and try all to make you feel welcome, no language problems without knowing Romanian, - just the cleaning-staff was a bit impolite in walking in the bedrooms without a word (while we were still in) -Wifi-connectionin the room wasn‘t very good all the time Our advice: GO THERE!!!

It's an idilic place to stay in Sulina.I recommend this place for hospitality ,good food ,amazing view and very nice rooms .The pool it's incredible,by the way is the only place with a pool in Sulina and we had the chance of a ni ce view at the Danube. The area at the pool is amazing with lounge chair and covered terrace.

A couple of kilometers out of central Sulina (£2 sterling by taxi) means this lovely place has its own pool and a pontoon terrace on the riverbank, wonderful at sunset. Spotless, comfortable with good food (it is not a restaurant so offers choice of fish or meat courses which are excellent). Hosts Marius and Adriana were really nice and helpful, organising trips on excellent outings which avoided the randomness of chosing between the many operators in Sulina port. It was a perfect base for exploring the delta. We were there in May which is still low season (rooms around £40 sterling with breakfast for 2) and was an ideal time as not overly hot but quiet. I really enjoyed the staying at Delta Miraj! First of all they helped us a lot with the period of accommodation and the transport tips. We needed a nice quite place with and some beautiful view. The view at the sea is almoust impossible in Sulina. We almost wanted a pool. So we find Delta Miraj - the only place with a pool in Sulina and we had the chance of a ni ce view at the Danube. We traveled with a 3 month baby and they gave us a baby bath and offered a babycrib too, but it was no need for that one. We were waited at the arrival in the port by their car and they gave us all infos about were to go, what to try as food and about the transportation and trips in and arround Sulina. The breakfast and dinner was included. Breakfast was rich and perfect to be eaten on terrace in the morning. We used to reach the breeeze at the sea at 6 and return to breakfast so we came back starving every morning :)) Dinner was great because had desert included and every day we could choose from 3 types-2 with fish and one “regular” so it wasn’t boring and repetitive. Even they served only breakfast and dinner they were nice and understanding. We arrived at lunch and the baby was extremely anxious so it was impossible for us to have lunch in downtown, so they made us some sandwiches, which was great! The morning we left we couldn’t have breakfast because it was one hour befone they serve it so they made the coffee for us and some sandwiches. The rooms were very nice as the entire pwnsion. It impressed me with the furniture that was made on demand. Imagine that! Brought on water too, piece by piece. Even the stairs, the bar... What I also enjoyed a lot was the dock. It had some coffee tables there and I liked a lot to stay there in the evening to watch the sunset. I recommend an electric kettle in the rooms.…
