Helmet Naftali Hotel is a very stylish looking. great rooms for families, very nice shared pool - and we also got the room with the private pool for my parents - and our kids just loved it. breakfast was nice, nothing outstanding, but ok I guess, you won't leave the table hungry. The hotel is a great spot for day trips to many interesting activities around the area. Price was very high - not sure if you can't find a better deal in cost/value relations, but if you have the money- I think it is a good place to stay for relaxation and traveling around the area.

The wheels of the bicycles are all flat, the ping pong paddles broken, the table uneven, baths are grimy, and there's no wifi in any of the rooms. Unfortunately, it gets worse. The wooden deck around the pool is falling apart posing a risk of falling. Lighting stands around the hotel are broken and/or exposed posing a risk of electrocution to children, and you can't walk around barefoot without fear of splinters because the deck is so worn out. If this establishment didn't charge upwards of $300 a night (it actually costs upwards of $400 at peak season) I'd be able to see its bright sides like the large rooms -- ideal for large families -- or its nice location in a pretty part of the Galilee. But for top dollar it's an insulting product: replacing the deck or lighting is a necessity but expensive. Buying a new ping pong paddle or having a better router so there will be wifi in the rooms is a no brainer. That they don't even do that is indicative of how little they care for their guests. I sincerely hope nobody is injured falling by the pool. Until they do some real fixing up, I can only recommend you give somewhere else a try.

We spent three nights at the hotel. The facilities are great. Pool area has plenty of shade and places to sit. The grounds are very well maintained. BBQ areas are well lit for the evenings. We enjoyed the free bikes offered! The rooms had everything we needed, ( daily cleaning is an option and needs to be requested which we only discovered on our last day)! The breakfast provided is plentiful, but could have a bit more variety. The host Gilad was most obliging, and assisted with all our needs. Overall it was a wonderful few days and very relaxing.

We spent 1 night, family of 5. We were hosted in Zait suite. Suite was clean, and is nicely designed. There are complementary facilities, table tennis, table football, small football field, nice BBQ places. Located close to Rosh Pina, Glilon, Hachula Lake. Breakfast was nice and versatile, vegetables, many types of cheese, bread, pastry, croason, burekas, Halva, salads, yogurt, Shakshuka, coffee machine, hot and cold chocho and more, your choice of eggs, omlets. Very nice pool. Cons: Room maintenance is lacking. Spa tab (jacouzie), was not working well, nosiy and lacks pressure, some non original fixes were made to it. Stairs had loose steps and do not fit to small kids. Doors were not closed smoothly, had to slam them hard. Walls had signs of paint swelling. Pool is at 26c, not closed does not fit to cold days... Does not meet my expectations for the price paid, I would pay 700 to 900 NIS for it. Fits to summer time more

This place is really not value for money. Low maintenance. Not very clean.. The breakfast is okay ,but they start serving only at 09:30, so if you want to travel it’s not very convenient. Service is not kind ( even rude) We arrived a group of ten people that travel a lot all over the world, this place was a big disappointment for all of us.
