What a lovely place, lovely views and lovely food. The bedroom was comfortable and well equipped. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and really enjoyed my meal. The breakfast was also beautiful and fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel

I stayed here for one night as part of a cycle tour of the 'Way of the Roses', and found the Harts head to be one of my highlights (accommodation) of my trip. They offered good 'Pub Grub' and a super 'full English' Breakfast. The room was very large and comfortable. Although I was initially concerned that my room was... More

We ate here on our last night in Giggleswick on 21st July 2016. The pub was lovely. The meals were delicious and extremley well cooked. We had Lamb shank and Giant Yorkshire pudding with onion gravy and sausages. They have a pool table and a snooker table there. It was a great evening and the staff are very accomodating and... More

A good night's sleep, a generous breakfast, cheerful and attentive staff, easy walking distance of Settle town centre and its fleshpots. A good and wide ranging evening menu in an attractive environment.

As it happens, I cannot comment on the Inn as we did not get there, my wife becoming unwell which meant we had to cancel. We had booked using Booking.com, so thought we had to pay anyway as we only cancelled the same day, but the lady owner said that she was quite happy to cancel the booking and therefore... More

Great beer, lovely staff, landlady - Barbara- excellent. Welcoming locals and atmosphere. In there with the family for the FA cup yesterday with like minded fans. Always try to visit when we're staying with other family members in Settle. Never stayed there so no info on that.

I stayed at the hotel on Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th May with 2 friends. We were staying as we did the Yorkshire 3 peaks on the Saturday. I cannot thank the hotel enough for the warm welcome we received which continued throughout our stay. Both double rooms were lovely, although I do think I was the most... More

Recently called in here for a bite to eat, while racing at nearby Gisburn, on entering the near empty bar I asked if they are still serving food, (6.45pm) I was met by a lady from behind the bar, with a "we are currently very busy and won't be able to seat you till after 9??!! " The bar and... More

What is there not to like about the Hart's Head? Lovely, clean comfortable room. A good range of well kept, mainly local, real ales and fantastic food, from excellent steaks to delicious full English breakfasts. Above all a great atmosphere, with friendly locals and staff and a roaring log fire!
