We were two couples and throughly enjoyed our weekend break at the Woolpack Inn. We were greeted with a huge smile from Tom who carried our bags and showed us to our rooms. Our rooms were lovey chalets at the back of the pub. They were well stocked with tea, coffee, milk &

Hi Jen, Again, I can only apologise for this, and we have in fact just had a new supplier today deliver new coffee beans. I will have to talk to the staff about this issue, as the only instant coffee with have is decaffeinated, and all other coffee should be made using our machine, therefore the issue was either someone not using the machine, or an issue with a supplier. I will have a look in to the matter further and hopefully find the problem. If you do come in again I am more than happy to give you a coffee on the house as a way of apology. Thank you

Are there non-smoking family room suitable for 2 adults & 2 teenagers?
Vast majority of rooms in the UK are non smoking these days due to strict smoking in public places laws brought in a fair few years ago. According to their website they have an en suite family room that sleeps 6! But they have a mix of double & twin rooms. Check their website, just google Woolpack inn, Chillham.
