My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Sabina’s homestay (2 nights). Sabinas mom served us delicious meals and was happy to show us how it was made. Nice place to stay when visiting Baltali or going for a beautiful hike to the monastery .

We had a wonderful stay with Sabina and her family. They are lovely people and the local food that they cook is delicious! The surrounding with the beautiful rice fields are also absolutely worth a visit!

It was my first time in Nepal and I did not know what to expect. On our trekking tour we stayed for two days at Sabina‘s homestay. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean and on european standard. We enjoyed our delicious meals (Never had such a tasty honey) on the rooftop balkony with a beautiful view over balthali. The family was very friendly and open and did their best to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again next time.

A great place to stay if you are out and about hiking in the hills around the area. I stayed two nights and trekked up to Namo Bhudda which is a good hike for any standard. The place is run by the owners parents who don’t speak English but manage to communicate and make you feel very welcome. The food is great and the place clean but basic. Definitely recommend for trekkers.

We had a great time staying at this lovely homestay. The village is breathtaking and Sabina's father showed us all the beautiful places around: we took a swim in the cristal clear river, visited the local temples, went to amazing view points... It was beautiful and dreamy! The family's house is cozy, clean and Sabina's mother cooks delicious nepali food. They are really nice and welcoming people. We had a bit of miscommunication about prices in the end, but it was sorted out peacefully. We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a more authentic and rural nepali experience, you will not be disappointed!

We were greeted by Sabina & her Mum, welcomed with snacks & drinks to revive tired Trekkers. We stayed for 2 nights and days before hiking on. I had a nice room with attached bath. I was alone, but a family or a few friends could stay there very comfortably. Very clean & well taken care of too. However, it was the meals that made this so wonderful. We were invited into their kitchen where the family cooked & ate together. It was just like being home, except better! The meals they prepred with vegetables from their organic garden & fields, were so very flavorful and delicious! I learned about Basil tea & new spices to try when I return home. Having meals with the family and listening to them & my guide talk & laugh was so cheering. And they made sure to include me as well :) , but being an over-tired hiker, just listening was comforting! I highly recommend visiting Balthali and definitely staying at Sabina's, highlight of my trek!!
