My wife just came from 4-day vacation. We visited the hotel for the second time (first time was three years ago in winter period) and from the moment we stepped in everything was just perfect, way beyond expectations. It seems that from organizational perspective something happened there in the meantime – room we stayed in was in better condition (B408) and the service in my opinion is far more professional and warmer in the same time.

What is noticeable at first glance is cleanness. Hall is almost completely made of marble and it looks as shiny like marble was placed there a month ago (as far as I know the hotel was renewed around 10 years ago).
Food is delicious. Since today we are in the middle of Coronavirus crisis serving of food is organized in the way that fulfills all the precautions measures – all the food is served exclusively by the stuff so guests are not allowed to approach the buffet… and I cannot imagine how it could be organized the better way.

Pool area is perfect. I am not sure if the number of guests is limited due to Coronavirus but there are always enough sunbeds (both outdoors and especially indoors) and room in the pools. There is also very large aqua park within hotel complex which is something new and great. Someone commented that there are very few people/kids there – truth but I would consider that as advantage.

I believe that I could consider myself as a guest of enough higher-class hotels around Europe and this one is at least as good as the others. Therefore, I will come back again for sure.

We spent a weekend here and generally liked it very much. The hotel is celebrating its 10 years anniversary, but the pastel colors and decorations make it look a bit older. Other than that, the service was excellent (cordial and professional), food at the buffet restaurant was good quality and with a lot of choice and the thermal baths were really nice. This is a hotel where you spend the whole day soaking in water. The water is mineral and at different temperature depending on the specific bath you are in. The saunas were also really nice (bio, Russian and Finnish), but the hammam was unfortunately closed. The so called "happy showers" were a miss, no guest was using them and I would dispose of them to free that space for another amenity. Finally, the play room looked dated and poorly kept, pool tables were stained and the so-called "bowling" is a weird version where the bowling balls are small and the pins are held by string. Not recommended, especially because we were charged 750 dinars to play!

Excellent room, food, kids animation is top experience! Kids loved it so much, wanted to be there more than in the pool;).Took a weekend, two full days/cancellation on Sunday is at 17 h!Comment would be on a hotel price, quite expensive.Kids animated in full, great two girls, organised program! If you want to have 10 min for yourself, leave kids with these two girls in the kids play room.

Don't realy know where to start.
2 adults with two kids, we stayed for a couple of days. For the amount of money we were charged (250eur per day with hb! ), we got an old room with sofa where you could barely move. The beds were terribly uncofortable, pillows hard, shower not working in one of the bathrooms.
Smell of kitchen in the morning and evening was everywhere in the hallways. The food was at the level of a mediocre 3* hotel in Serbia. Nobody from the guests was wearing the mask at the buffet table and nobody was implying it was obligatory.

The pool and spa hygiene was the worst! The smell of urin in spa showers, rude people not wearing towels in saunas, jumping in the pools and occupating jacuzzis alk day long just sitting there... I have never seen such people in "expensive" spa resorts! Nobody was controling them or applying the house rules, even though it was written everywhere.
Not to forget the parents who entered adult only area of spa with kids, even so small they were still in diapers.
All the food and drinks we had aside the hb was so expensive that you end up feeling like a complete idiot.
At the end of the day we found out you don't even have to be a guest of the hotel to use their pool and spa facilities since they allow people to pay some peanuts just for the daily use of these facilities which leaves the paying customers again feeling like idiots for paying so much.
Don't spend your money here, i for sure will never go back.

Unfortunately, we were guests over the weekend. We paid for Superior room. Room was small and outdated, bathroom was extremely small and outdated, one TV in ¨main room¨, old smelly furniture which was disgusting and impossible to sit on. Hotel was rated and marked 5 stars but really was max 4 stars. On the indoor swimming pool and Spa was very overcrowded because 5 star hotel have a tickets for external guests!!!! So, this was our first and last time in this , so called, 5 star hotel.

A rather poor experience as the hotel is overpriced. It is almost 200€ per night. Rooms are so small that we didn't have a single chair in the room. Don't hope to see the working desk. The room was on the second floor. Had to pass next to matrices and other room equipment for 3 days. Anyway, matrices in our room were a total disaster. Also, the safe deposit box didn't work in our room but I haven't bothered to report. If you have back issues, avoid sleeping in the hotel. The pool is nice but it gets so crowded that there is no place to sit. You don't get another robe at the pool so you have to take the one from the room. The dressing room at the pool is both male and female so have in mind if you don't like such an approach. Also, you have to access the indoor pool from indoors by stairs. It is like a first floor so hard for those with walking issues. For 200€ a night, bowling should be paid for 7€ per hour. And rather complicated as you need to go to the pool area, to ask to get a bowling track. All other hotel prices are extremely high and thanks to poor roads in the Aranđelovac area (not to blame the hotel) it is a rather poor experience. We like to stay for a few days, on short vacations. From what I have experienced in other hotels, I can't recommend it. If you are in the area and need to have a night over, it is OK and you know it is too expensive. Value for the money is low. The bright side are people working in the hotel. Food is also very good. That is why it is 2 stars in this review.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, both in the summer and winter. I must say that the quality of service dropped down massively.
By the outdoor pool you can barely find decent sun bed and the shade.
All sun beds are old and dirty, all different types, there are not enough sun umbrellas. To order food you have to que in one line and for drinks in another one so if you want your drinks together with food, you need to wait twice.
Staff is kind but that’s not enough, there is not enough waiters, you can barely order from a waiter if you are at the pool.
they can’t manage so many people.
Food for breakfast and dinner is varied but not tasty.
Not a 5 stars hotel standard.
Pools are still nice, but crowded. If you decide to stay in the hotel, you better chill out in aqua park, it’s not crowded there. Rooms are ok, but in some of them there was no furniture on the terrace.

They claimed 5-star hotel but they are far from it, 3-star would be more appropriate. Quite high room rate. Nevertheless hotel is quite large with big reception hall the rooms are small, bathroom also small. The style of furniture is rather outdated. Breakfast average, staff not so interested for the guests. They have a big spa/pool center which is open to other visitors. Free parking at hotel parking when is not full by the external pool guests. WiFi worked OK.

Its by far the best hotel and hotel chain in Serbia. I have been going to this hotel for almost 15 years, ever since it reopened and it has never waivered in service, cleanliness, hospitality, great food and services...
A lot of my friends tell me that its sooooo expensive. To that i can only say two things.
1. Places that were discovered yesterday have overjumped them in prices and in prices alone.
2. I absolutely know what i am getting there for my money and i would gladly pay it every time!

No but water in inside pool is natural thermal water so it is already warm. Beside big pool you have two small pools with thermal hot water. One is, if I'm not mistaking around 26C and second over 28C
