We came with a big group and occupied 6 rooms/villas. Since it was spread out, we got to do some walking (and it is hilly!). We had rain the whole time, but that did not prevent us from enjoying the pools or the beautiful setting inside of thick vegetation. From the cliff-pool, you have indeed a dramatic view onto the Taal volcano. Mosquitos are an issue and the safes in the pool villas didn't work. Personnel is very nice and helpful and the resort itself is kept up nicely and clean.

Pros: Lots of pools available so good choice for large groups. Food options despite limited is generally okay. There is a variety of team building amenities available including zip line and wall climbing. Rooms are huge and the hotel is generous with pillows. Basic toiletries and towels are provided. Cons: Wifi while fast is available only in one of the main buildings. In the rest of the houses, the wifi signal is super blotchy. This is kind of a lowdown since mobile network signal in the area is very weak. Resort is also not advisable for elderly or those with trouble walking since facilities can be quite far from each other and walkways are very steep.

We were looking for a team building place for 100 pax and went to the resort on a Sunday to have an ocular visit. When we arrived, the admin employees there said that they cannot accommodate us since ocular visits are allowed only from monday to friday 8-5pm and the personnel assigned to guide only worked during those days. We told them that even if any random employee guides us, it would be ok since we came all the way from manila just to visit the site. The admin employees insisted on their illogical policy. When we asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up, they would not transfer us to anyone else. The admin employees wanted us to pay the day rate just to practically see - not swim or do any activity. JUST TO SEE. They have employees there to assist other guests (i.e., before us, there were other guests who wanted to see the cabin. The admin employees were able to assign someone to assist them. But they can’t assign anyone for us?). You can see in the photo below, dinumog pa kame ng mga admin employees. Their policy is illogical because of the following reasons: 1. Monday to friday 8-5pm are workdays; 2. We are a potential large client - We are booking for more than 100 people and not just 1 person; 3. No consideration given despite which place you came from (i.e., we travelled from Manila - 3 hours away from the site) 4. They have lots of admin staffs just staying at the office even until Sundays. We will never consider booking here again.

The view and the place itself is relaxing, even the staffs are all accommodating; however the distance of the cabins and the pool are no joke plus you have to walk like climbing a hill just to get there. Please provide shuttle service and allow grabfood drivers to deliver it on our doorstep since you dont have shuttle service inside the resort. It will just give you body pain like you had a leg day at the gym.

This is one of the best Pet friendly resorts i’ve been to in Batangas. The villa we rented in forest ville has balcony which is perfect for my dogs. Then it has 4 beds. Lakas ng aircon with hotshower, toiletries, breakfast and dinner. Super sulit. Sa Manual suits may cage sa baba overlooking Taal 🥺. So breath taking. Daming pool and kahit late na pwede magswimming.

The Eco Park is full of breathtaking fauna and views (overlooking Taal Lake). You get to appreciate the beauty of the palce and enjoy some quality and reasonable food choices or bring your own food (plenty of places in market in town on way) and bbq with family and friends renting a kubo to fit the size of your group. Plenty of lodging and things to do for an weekend and facilites to have a corporate event or Summer Outing.

An overnight stay won't be enough to totally experience and appreciate this ecological resort. This is a great place for a peaceful relaxation as well as recreation if you have kids. Adults may simply enjoy the breathtaking views, jog within the resort or simply take a walk. Kids and kids-at-heart will definitely enjoy the pocket pools that this resort boasts and 7 (if i remember it right) other big pools! And getting to experience all these would need more than 24 hours! From their accommodations, i suggest to take the forestville cabins. I bet these are the best choices! Not only do the forestville cabins give you a feeling of being somewhere else, it gives you a home-away-from-home comfort. Shercon's gallery of its amenities and accommodations are accurate presentations so far. What you see is what you get. You may choose to bring with you packed food or be ready for a 45-min lead time (or waiting time) should you decide to dine at Shercon's resto. This, i must say, is the only part which can be better. Overall, i would still want to come back and spend at least 2 days for that much-needed de-stressing vacay not far from Metro Manila.

Stayed at the resort for two nights for a quick vacation while kids were on sem break. The place had lots of pools to dip and had fun especially the pocket pools. The place was relaxing due to lots of trees and had a wonderful and different view of taal. The club manuel cabin were we stayed was big enough for us and mo corkage to bring in cooked food and drinks. The drivers of their shuttle are friendly. Only comment that they need to improve is the service at the Sam's Kitchen - their in house resto. It was noted that food must be ordered 45min to hour and we made sure of that but unfortunately during serving time it still took 15min on the first night then 40min the next night. Overall a good stay.

Went here for a day tour. This resort has a lot to offer. One of the resort that never compromise space even for a day tour goer. You will never run out of activities with this resort. It is not only that you can do here but a bunch of outdoor activities. Our stay is very fun filled. They even have this cart like vehicle inside to help you roam around the place which I think is one of their best most especially for those who have elderly along with them. Saw their wide range of accommodations where you can choose from their cheapest up to high end. I bet their accommodation won't compromise price with the quality of their rooms. Feels like I am in Baguio in one of their type of room.
