You are always dubious about other persons reviews of a property but those wh rated this as top were not wrong. We were greeted and made to feel welcome on arrival. The room was at the top of the house but it meant we got a view of the sea and no one on top of us, although we found...

Welcoming, spotlessly clean with an excellent breakfast. Couldn't want for more. From the offer of a cuppa on arrival to the cupcakes that we found in our room on the second day the hospitality offered was generous. The location was ideal for the beach and situated between Cromer and Sheringham. We will be back I'm sure.

Just returned from a four night stay at this wonderful Guesthouse. We were warmly welcomed by Kevin and Georgie, who asked if we would like tea and cake brought to our room to enjoy while we unpacked. This set the tone for the remainder of our stay. Each day we came back to find lovely home baked cakes in our...

Have stayed here on a number of occasions. The rooms are a good size, with great views and comfy beds. Kevin and Georgie are brilliant, they remember us and always ask about our days. Letting us know if they have any new details on points of interest for us. This is the only stop for us when visiting Norfolk.
