Very welcoming hosts, more than adequate beautifully clean accommodation, in a very quiet location. Very extensive breakfast menu, cooked and presented perfectly. Thank you for a lovely stay and we very much hope that we will see you again. You'll certainly be the place we look to stay when in the area.

Stayed here for one night after finding the place on laterooms by chance. Quality accommodation in a peaceful location with a welcoming host. Rooms separate to the main house and mine had everything one could need including a huge bath and walk in shower. Good breakfast too. I'd highly recommend and will return.

This is the second time we have stayed and weren't disappointed. We take our little whippet and Karen and Mark have thought of everything including a dog bed, blanket and towels as well as a jar of doggy goodies. The room is lovely and although it accommodates dogs, is still clean and fresh with a lovely comfortable bed. Nothing is...

We stayed here last year for our annual trip to visit family. It is such a lovely place to stay that we returned this year. We had a different room this time, which was as beautifully decorated as last years. Every thing is to a high standard, real luxury and the nicest and most welcoming of hosts. Breakfast is excellent...

A super stay at BBB BnB thank you Karen We arrived to a warm welcome, spotless rooms and a tin of homemade shortbread in each room. Breakfast was super. Homemade jam and bread what a treat! A great base to escape from it all

Booked at the last minute and this was just perfect for us as we needed a dog friendly so we could take our 13 year old dog. Great location very peaceful! But within easy reach of local shops and amenities, breakfast was first class, only wish we had discovered this sooner, thank you.

We stayed last weekend (July 2016) and the room was spotless. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and Karen and Mark were friendly and welcoming hosts. I would definitely recommend this B&B and will be coming back.

My partner and I had a lovely 2 night stay here at Bluebell Barn. Gorgeous rooms in a beautiful setting - very nicely decorated with some great finishing touches. Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of full English, poached eggs, croissants and more on offer. Ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet, but close enough to Norwich.
