We had a warm greeting on our arrival, family room 1 double and 2 singles and a huge ensuite, very clean and tidy. An excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. Great location for visiting the new forest, would visit again.

This is not so much a review of the B&B or tea room but of the little Cider shop to the rear which is owned by the same family. If you like a nice drop of 'apple ale' then this is the place for you. There are four different types of Cider and other local delicacies all at reasonable prices.... More

We were greeted by a very friendly lady who showed us to our room. I had booked online earlier in the afternoon. The room was comfortable excepting my side of the bed which appeared to have had too many people sitting up in bed over the years as every time I moved in the night the springs pinged. Time for... We had such a nice time at this small and friendly bed and breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location is superb with walks straight out of the back door. Ponies wander past and next door you can get a lovely cream tea and freshly brewed cider. A great base for New Forest and good for... More

My parter and I stayed here last night & I just had to review! Our room was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated, the bed was so comfy. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious and presented beautifully! Jane the owner is a very lovely lady & nothing seemed to be too much trouble! The B&B is just... More

We stayed 10-12th April at the Forest Tea House for our wedding anniversary weekend and found as a base, it was ideal. Jane the owner was very friendly and welcoming without being intrusive and is very much a people person, taking time to suggest places to visit during our stay. Our bedroom was a decent size with a nice and... More

Looking at other reviews we are thinking did we all stay at the same place! when we arrived there were no signs showing us where to go, just someone banging on the window, we were then met by Jane who said very little but took us upstairs, I thought we were going to reception, we were not, we were taken... Thank you for taking the time to comment but bit of a shock, anyway sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I thought it was because there was no live music and you disliked Burley as it was quiet. I was in the building next door when you arrived to check in early and was frantically banging on the window... More

we spent a lovely afternoon resting in our room before heading off out for dinner and returning to our cozy surroundings, the hot water bottle in the bed was a lovely touch as it was very chilly! The surroundings were beautiful and our too brief stay was made all the better by the comfortable bed. Our host was very welcoming... More

The Forest Tea House bed and breakfast is a great place to stay out in the country, just a walk away from cafes, pubs and bike hires and short drive from other attractions. The host is great making sure you have everything you need with plenty of breakfast on offer. Great comfortable rooms with everything you need and made to... More

Great B&B in the village of Burley. Jane was very informative about the area, walks and was very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble The English breakfast was excellent. Tea and coffee was provided in the room and was always replaced each day The room and the B&B was clean I would highly recommend the Forest Tea House B&B
