Booked party for Nov 2016. Met Chris, he promised so much but didn't deliver. Asked for 2 meal options only one was served. DJ didn't know how to work equipment. Booked 5 rooms, 2 rooms someone tried to enter during the night- both single female occupants. Terrible night. Would never recommend, too many issues to mention. No one acknowledged my...

There is no reserved parking for 'hotel' guests. Be aware that there is a big 'shisha garden at the back, not very noisy but there and the tire business next door is noisy. Not very clean, floor squeaked in our room and above. Almost DIY breakfast which after no hot water in the morning and the slowest refilling toilet cistern...

As soon as we entered the room it smelled and tasted of smoke. Something not expected in todays standards. The manager knew straight away and apologised, giving us an air freshener spray. Not being able to change our three night booking at short notice we stuck it out but only for one night! The noise from the restaurant when we...

We stayed here while my mum was in hospital, friendly staff room was lovely and shower. Food was lovely and a relaxed atmosphere not a lot of parking and no breakfast which is the only negatives I can think of would go again

We booked this place for the ease of getting to Wembley Stadium. We made a mistake! The reception looked like an electrician's nightmare with wires draped at head height above a cluttered office. The room on first inspection wasn't that bad until you looked closer. I had to fix the shower screen so it shut and everywhere was a bit...

Booked for one night, went to a Wedding reception in Wembly and this was one available that seemed decent on review. Got room in Loft conversion, seemed recently refurbished, Bed pushed towards the tapered end so litte space when trying to get up and kept banging head to ceiling. Could live with that as overall room was not too bad....

I've had shisha in Scotland, England, Turkey and Lebanon in various restaurants and bars so I know what I like and what I don't and the shisha garden at the rear of this hotel has what I like in abundance! The staff are attentive and extremely accommodating, never once making you feel as though you are bothering them (even though...

Went here with my husband for our anniversary! We found the hotel but drove up and down the street looking for parking until we were told that the few houses next to the hotel is owned by them so we were allowed to park there. The outside and reception of the hotel is not appealing but restaurant, bar and shisha...

I went to this hotel as it is famed for its shisha lounge in the rear. I was not disappointed! On Fridays and Saturdays this place is extremely busy playing the best in bashment. The atmosphere, scenery and decor are incredible and make you feel as if you're elsewhere. The shisha is one of the best I've had and accompanied...

Honestly speaking i struggled to locate the hotel as did not see any board/sign for the Hotel and had to drive up and down for Parking before i was told that houses next to hotels are owned by them. Once we did the check in procedure and moved to room, room was quite spacious, nice, clean. The food was quite...
