Firstly, Esther the landlady was lovely... Was like I'd known her for years! Showed me round and made me a cuppa which I enjoyed in the beautiful garden. My room was a triple and the double bed I chose to sleep on was very comfortable and I slept well. I was dissapointed not to have on suite but the bathroom/toilet...

We were visiting London for a couple of days so we managed to book a single nights accommodation in Edgware B&B. Originally booked into a front facing double room, they were very helpful when we requested a change to a rear facing room overlooking the back garden. The B&B has ample free parking and we were free to come and...

Avoid this place by all means, it had bed bugs and I woke up the next morning with bites on my hands and legs, the shower was disgusting, the sheets and bedspreads were dirty and stained. The service was poor. Not worth a cent! Very uncomfortable.

No frills guest house run by friendly landlady. Self service kitchens work fine for breakfast. Great for Links to M1 and 10 mins walk from public transport. Walls a little bit thin, but comfy beds. Decor a bit tired and lighting not so great. Free off street parking. Huge gardens. Don't stay if you like the chain hotel experience. Come...

Firstly, I have to say that Esther, the lady who owns the B&B is a lovely, friendly lady who made us feel genuinely welcome. It felt more like we stayed with my long lost great aunt than at a B&B which some people like at the end of the day. The house and room were both clean and tidy, although...
