This is my second visit here. I stayed in the Bakery Suite first time and in Apple this time. Prefer the Bakery though both are very good. Had dinner and the food is top notch although the service can be a little slow. Worth the wait though. The big plus though are the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them.... More

We recently stayed at the King’s Arms Inn while on a weekend break to Rutland. Wing is conveniently located a few miles from Rutland Water so was perfect for our stay. Upon arrival at the Inn after a walk around part of Rutland Water we were quickly shown to our room. The room was well appointed with the usual facilities... More

What's not to like?...a round of golf on the stunning Rutland Water GC followed by dinner, B & B here...maybe come here after losing a stone in weight and also having made a decision to ditch veganism?... Very nice rooms, great beer, freshest produce you'll find. We'll be back for sure😊

Booked a table for my husbands birthday as we were staying in Wing for the weekend. The three waiting staff were exceptional.... friendly, polite, helpful..nothing was too much trouble and this made for a relaxing evening. The bar was busy and a little noisy but the dining room was peaceful. The food came quickly, hot and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.

7 old school friends from class of '69 met up here for a reunion. an mg tf, tr6,a/h100/4 and a/h sprite provided period transport. We had a great lunch and sensible drinks, sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed faultless service-which made it a great day. This is a classic country pub in all respects and is highly recommended-no disappointments here.

What a lovely place. The owners were especially nice, there was a problem with the heating so they placed a heater in my room, left a note, even tried to call me on my mobile, they went out of their way to make sure my stay was exceptional. Then the food was superb too, lovely breakfasts, freshly cooked to order... More

A friend and I recently spent 2 nights at the King's Arms and it was a great experience. After a day on the Water, the warm welcome from the staff, the comfortable ambience and surroundings and the wonderful, locally sourced food and beer were exactly what we would have hoped for. The passion of the owners and staff for what... More

We stayed last night at the Kings Arms Inn at Wing, prior to a trip to the Ospreys at Rutland Water. It was just what we wanted, a lovely, warm room, and a friendly pub serving great food. There were vegetarian options on the menu, which I appreciated.Kate, who managed the restaurant and the rooms was so friendly and knowledgeable,... More

Wanted a 3 day break and couldn't have chosen better. The accommodation and food were first class. The wild boar taster menu was interesting and greatly enjoyed. The room was a good size and very comfortable. We'll be back.
