I cannot review over the hotel, since I did not stay there, however, I did go for lunch to eat the famous pasta all' Amatriciana and it was delicious. Personally, I took the white pasta, without the tomato sauce, and it was unbelievable. The service was also great, along with the incredible view from the restaurant. A great place to finally... Supposedly the place to go for the Amatriciana, one of the world's most famous recipes. No way, they know this stuff!! The spot is so large that it matches with the audience. Other courses? in the average

This is the birthplace of Spaghetti all'Amatriciana. We travelled far to eat the famous dish in atown that was hosting its own weekend Sagra to celebrate their delicacy. Have the typical pasta here as it's the best! All inclusive Room, dinner and breakfast for very good rate. Overnight stay ok for one night but the rooms are very dated, shower not very clean. View from the room is great though! Breakfast is not great.. A cappuccino and a croissant and that's it.

The restaurant is awesome. Friendly service. Great food (especially the pasta amatriciana). Great view over the valley. Reasonable price. I can highly recommend this place for anyone who is in town or in the region and wants to try the true pasta amatriciana. The hotel room was clean, warm, comfortable, smallish in size as is the case all over Italy.... More
