A corner of paradise , the b & b of Mr and Mrs Waters, welcoming and maintained facility , clean room overlooking the wonderful little garden. Thanks also for the great kindness of the owner who took us by car to Sissinghurst Castle and his extreme accuracy in payment. Delicious and generous breakfast prepared by his wife with products largely... More

Following a quick research on T.A. in early June, we subsequently stayed 2 nights @ Orchard Way B&B in mid-June & could not have wished for a better "home from home". From calling & booking with Steve earlier in June to saying cheerio to Debbie on our day of departure, every aspect of our 3 day break was "on the... More

The Orchard Way B&B is the ideal accommodation for all garden lovers. The house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood, the garden is awesome, Debbie and Steve are perfect hosts and some of the best gardens of the South of England are in very short driving distances, such as Sissinghurst, Great Dixter, Scotney Castle, Hole Park and Pashley Manor. We... More

As many reviewers before have commented, Steve and Debbie are the best of hosts. The beds were comfortable, with a beautiful view of the backyard garden. The breakfast room is a sunroom, with a wall of windows looking out into the garden. But for us, the absolutely most memorable part of our stay, was the assistance both Steve and Debbie... More

Upon arrival at this beautiful home, we were served coffee, tea, and delicious small, homemade cakes in the immaculate downstairs lounge. Our twin-bedded room was large, very clean, and comfortable, although the beds were on the firm side. Debbie and Steve were exceptionally friendly and loaned us their GPS unit for the evening, which I very much appreciated, and even... More

Located very handily for several excellent National trust places; Sissinghurst, Bodiam Castle, Scotney Castle and Batemans all within 15mins drive. The B&B is lovely, nice spacious room, with large garden. Tea on arrival was a nice touch. The breakfast is great and with chickens in the garden you know the eggs will be fresh!! There is an excellent pub, the... More

Stumbled across this delightful B&B while looking online for somewhere to stay as we visited Great Dixter and Sissinghurst - both very nearby. Felt so cossetted and comfortable we were reluctant to leave. Couldn't have asked for more and would happily return. In stone's throw of a good pub where we ate both nights.

We arrived a little early and were greeted with a lovely cup of tea. Our room faced the back garden so it was very quiet. In the lounge room, which we could use if we liked, there is a great deal of information of things to do. The garden is nice and guests can wander around it. Our hostess did... More
