If you're seeking a high quality getaway in a lovely part of rural Kent then look no further. The rooms are finished to a wonderful standard, and they afford both privacy and comfort. Everything is well appointed, and it is so self evident that a great deal of thought has gone into the design and the philosophy of the rooms...

We stayed here for two nights and we were extremely pleased with our choice. Room we had was an excellent standard and bathroom felt brand new with great toiletry choices, high powered shower and soft towels. Breakfast was fantastic! View from our room was stunning. Location was quiet and local pub nearby served great food. Easy reach to other locations...

What a fabulous place to stay. Our host Bob was very welcoming and he cooks a mean breakfast which is served on the most beautiful white bone china. Everything about the place was top quality. Luxurious toiletries and soft white bath towels. Quality furnishings. Very clean.

Room had everything we required with a view across lush farmland. The rooms were separate from the main house. Hosts were very helpful with information and maps etc. Breakfast was wonderful and served fresh not bulk cooked, in the main house. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best we came across in our travels.

This our now 3rd visit and we love it! Bob is a fantastic host super friendly and everything you want in a B&B owner. The room as always was brilliant, warm, cosy and comfortable. We indulged this year with the champagne and chocolate package and it was definitely worth while. Breakfast is the best thing about our stay most definitely....

Two night stay for couple looking for peaceful break. Couldn't ask for more. Accommodate first class, lots of attention to detail and much more if needed. En-suite with lots of extras - those just in case you forgot accessories. Breakfast in the morning was out of this world and more than enough to set you up for the day. Nicola...

We stayed for one night in September whilst attending a Wedding nearby. The B&B is in a beautiful location and is immaculate. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Bob helped us with arranging a taxi which I had overlooked could be quite difficult in such a rural location. Breakfast was very nice and service exceptional. I would definitely visit...

The room was good will a lot of oak, creaking floorboards which add to the character. Shower room is very good. One feature is the breakfast that the hosts cook on their Aga. There is enough breakfast to keep you going all day. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again.
